Abstract

This invention relates to the field of mine goaf treatment technology, specifically a shallow-hole ore-holding method goaf waste rock backfilling system. The system includes a side-discharge mine car, a receiving baffle, a muck loader, a transfer funnel, and a belt conveyor. The side-discharge mine car transports waste rock to the waste rock dumping point. The receiving baffle, located at the waste rock dumping point, guides the waste rock into the receiving end of the muck loader. The muck loader, positioned between the receiving baffle and the belt conveyor, collects the waste rock and transports it to the belt conveyor. The belt conveyor receives the waste rock transported by the muck loader and discards it into the goaf. This system ensures the safety of continuous mining of steeply inclined thin veins and, by combining the characteristics of ore-holding and dry backfilling, can safely and economically fill goafs while achieving good roof connection. This invention also proposes a backfilling method using the aforementioned shallow-hole ore-holding method goaf waste rock backfilling system.
