The present application discloses a kind of targeting heat shock protein 110kDa (HSP110) inhibitor and its application.The present application provides a kind of structural novel heat shock protein 110kDa inhibitor shown in structure of formula (I), pharmaceutical composition and hydrate containing compound of formula (I), and isotopic derivative, chiral isomer, allosteric, different salt, prodrug and preparation of these compounds and the like.The present application also provides the preparation method, use of the structural novel heat shock protein 110kDa inhibitor, and the activity of these compounds to colon cancer tumor cell proliferation inhibition.The structural novel heat shock protein 110kDa inhibitor in the present application is expected to become anti-tumor candidate drug.
