A solidification apparatus for glucose oxidase

Abstract

This invention discloses a glucose oxidase curing device, which includes a support component, a drive component, a mixing component, a cutting component, and a gas conveying component. The mixing component includes a first feeding structure, a conveying structure, a discharge structure, and a second feeding structure. The conveying structure includes a first screw. Material for forming the membrane is added to the first feeding structure, and glucose oxidase is added to the second feeding structure. The first screw brings them closer together to complete the encapsulation. The diameters of the first and second threaded portions of the first screw are the same, and the pitch of the first threaded portion is smaller than that of the second threaded portion. The material for forming the membrane is first extruded and mixed through the first threaded portion, and then conveyed through the second threaded portion, improving the stability of the membrane. The diameter of the fourth threaded portion is smaller than that of the second threaded portion. Glucose oxidase is extruded and conveyed through the fourth threaded portion, and finally encapsulated, thus providing better stability of the glucose oxidase encapsulated inside the membrane.
