Abstract

The application provides a taper bearing adjusting pad measuring and selecting device and a measuring and selecting method, and mainly solves the technical problem that the adjusting pad in the prior art needs to be tried to be installed with different thicknesses due to structural limitation in the installation process, frequent disassembly increases the labor intensity of workers and work efficiency is low. The taper bearing adjusting pad measuring and selecting device comprises a mandrel, an inner pressing plate, a support frame, an inner pressing nut, an outer pressing nut and an installation assembly. The mandrel comprises a base, a bearing sleeve and a positioning mandrel. The installation assembly comprises a first taper bearing, a second taper bearing, a spacer and an expansion sleeve. The first taper bearing, the second taper bearing and the spacer are sleeved on the bearing sleeve. The inner pressing plate, the support frame, the inner pressing nut and the outer pressing nut are sequentially sleeved on the positioning mandrel. The support frame comprises a horizontal plate and a pressing plate. The lower end of the pressing plate is provided with a clamping groove. The two clamps in the expansion sleeve each have a clamping end at the two ends. The clamping ends on the same side are attached to form a clamping structure for being connected with the clamping groove.
