A flotation device for open cut coal mines

Abstract

The present application relates to the technical field of floatation machine, especially to a floatation device for open coal mine, which comprises a single-tank floatation machine, a fixing mechanism, a floatation tank mechanism and an anti-falling tooth. The fixing mechanism comprises a driving box arranged on the single-tank floatation machine, a clamping assembly slidingly arranged on the driving box, a limiting assembly for limiting the sliding of the clamping assembly, a driving assembly arranged in the driving box, and a positioning assembly arranged on the driving box. The floatation tank mechanism comprises a floatation tank clamped and fixed by the clamping assembly, and an adjusting assembly arranged on the floatation tank. The fixing mechanism is fixedly installed on one side of a single-tank floatation machine support, and the floatation tank mechanism is installed on the single-tank floatation machine through the fixing mechanism. The present application can rotate the driving disc to drive the clamping assembly to clamp and fix the floatation tank through the clamping plate on the clamping assembly, which is simple and convenient to operate, and solves the problem of the troublesome disassembly of the floatation tank when the floatation tank is damaged or needs to be cleaned.
