Abstract
This invention provides a catalyst for the hydrodehydrocarbon removal of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs). The preparation process includes: solvothermal treatment of a solution comprising a salt of metal M, a salt of metal N, and an organic ligand in a reaction vessel, followed by drying to obtain an M / N-MOF. The metal M is selected from at least one of Al, Ga, and In, and the metal N is selected from at least one of Ti and Zr. At least one metal from Group VIII and at least one metal from Group VIB are loaded onto the M / N-MOF using an impregnation method. After drying and calcination, the hydrodehydrocarbon removal catalyst is obtained. This catalyst is used for the hydrodehydrocarbon removal of oil products. The composite bimetallic oxide-MOF support ensures the adjustment of the support's electronic structure and the dispersion of the subsequently loaded active metal. It can simultaneously achieve the control of pore size and acid properties, which is beneficial for the adsorption and diffusion of PAHs on the catalyst, and facilitates the hydrogenation saturation of PAHs.
