A grafting method for yanchaguo

Abstract

This invention provides a grafting method for *Acer negundo*, comprising the following steps: S1, selecting healthy *Acer negundo* plants as mother plants, collecting plant leaves, and aseptically culturing them; S2, subjecting the cultured tissue to ultrasonic treatment and accelerated treatment with ion beam irradiation to obtain rootstock; S3, disinfecting tender branches containing buds and treating them with antibacterial nutrients to obtain scion a; S4, cutting the top 2-4 cm of scion a, making a vertical incision in the rootstock, inserting the lower end of scion a into the incision for fixation, applying a healing agent, and cultivating seedlings to obtain grafted seedling a; S5, taking tender branches containing buds from grafted seedling a, treating them with a growth regulator to obtain scion b, inserting scion b into the rootstock incision for refixation, applying an adhesive, and accelerating treatment with ion beam irradiation to obtain grafted seedling b; S6, first cultivating grafted seedling b in the dark for 1-3 days, then cultivating under medium intensity light for 3-5 days, and finally cultivating under high intensity light under normal conditions. This grafting method is scientific and reasonable, improving the grafting survival rate of *Acer negundo*, shortening the cultivation cycle, and achieving rapid growth, flowering, and fruiting.
