AI Technical Summary
Technical Problem
In the prior art, when assembling an anti-adhesion polymer film onto a metal base, there are problems such as long assembly time, degradation of adhesive quality and film degradation.
Method used
The metal base and polymer film are assembled by hot stamping method, and the polymer film is locally heated on the metal base so that it is heated for a short time at a condition higher than the melting temperature, thereby achieving rapid assembly and maintaining the adhesive mass of the film.
Benefits of technology
The rapid assembly of the polymer film and the metal base is achieved, ensuring good adhesion of the film, avoiding the degradation of the film, and improving assembly efficiency and quality.

Abstract
The invention relates to a method for producing a coated cooking element (1), comprising the following steps: i. Providing a metal base (2) having a face (2a) to be coated with a film (3); ii. Providing said film (3), said film (3) comprising a layer (3a) in contact with said face (2a) of said metal base (2), said layer (3a) comprising:-0 to less than 50% by weight of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE); more than 50% by weight of one or more semi-crystalline or amorphous thermoplastic polymers different from PTFE; the percentages relative to the total weight of PTFE and the one or more semi-crystalline or amorphous thermoplastic polymers; iii. Heating the metal base (2); iv. Positioning said film (3) such that the layer (3a) faces said face (2a) of the metal base (2) heated in step iii; v. Assembling the metal base (2) and the membrane (3) by hot stamping, the metal base (2) during assembly being at a temperature higher than the lowest of the melting point of PTFE and the semi-crystalline thermoplastic polymer and the glass transition temperature (Tg) of the amorphous thermoplastic polymer of the layer (3a); and such that, during assembly in step (v), the membrane (3) is substantially heated by conduction when in contact with the metal base (2).
