Description

[Technical field]

[0001] The present invention relates to an air mattress system, and more particularly, to an air mattress system with a CPR valve device. [Background technology]

[0002] In medical treatment and / or care, in addition to providing comfortable support for patients, the air mattress system can also control the inflation and deflation of the air bags to allow the patient to turn over and reduce the chance of bedsores.

[0003] The air mattress system can provide patients with a comfortable lying feeling and prevent related injuries through air bags. In addition, when the air mattress system is normally used with gas in the air bags, it does not provide patients with an inelastic bottom support. This means that when the air mattress system needs to respond to the patient's emergency needs, it must be able to be deflated quickly to reduce the elasticity and meet the emergency environment, which will put a test on the air mattress system.

[0004] Generally speaking, the emergency deflation component of the air mattress can also be called a CPR deflation device. The traditional CPR deflation device may be set up on the main unit or on the pipeline connecting the main unit and the air mattress body. When emergency CPR first aid steps are required for the patient, medical staff need to quickly deflate the airbag of the air mattress near the patient's chest. Due to the problem of the gas connection pipeline setting, the deflation site of the traditional CPR device set on the main unit or the connection between the main unit and the air mattress body is far away from the patient's chest, thus reducing the deflation speed of the airbag corresponding to the patient's chest, which directly affects the golden time for CPR first aid for the patient.

[0005] In other prior art, there are CPR deflation devices that are set on the side of the air mattress by means of a knob. However, although the configuration that is aligned with the side of the bed can be set at a position closer to the patient's chest, the visibility and operability of the device are easily blocked by the side guardrails of the bed frame. Improper distance control may even cause damage due to collision with the side guardrails of the bed frame, which will generate more unnecessary pre-steps for the actual application of CPR emergency measures. Therefore, it has become a primary task to invent an air mattress system with a CPR deflation device that can quickly deflate the chest area and has sufficient visibility and maximizes the convenience of operation. [Summary of the invention]

[0006] An object of the present invention is to enable an air mattress system to provide good visibility and significant operational convenience for the operation of air bag deflation when a patient needs emergency care.

[0007] Another object of the present invention is to shorten the time required for the pre-procedure of deflation of the air bag.

[0008] In order to achieve the above-mentioned purpose and other purposes, the present invention proposes an air mattress system, which includes: an inflatable air mattress, an air supply pipeline and a CPR valve device. The inflatable air mattress has a lying surface for the patient to lie on and is used to connect to an inflation source. The air supply pipeline is gas-connected to the inflatable air mattress and the inflation source. The CPR valve device is gas-connected to the air supply pipeline to provide a path for the gas in the inflatable air mattress to escape. The CPR valve device is configured so that when the inflatable air mattress is in use with a patient lying on it, the top of the CPR valve device is not lower than the lying surface adjacent to the CPR valve device.

[0009] According to one embodiment of the present invention, the CPR valve device may be disposed on the top side of the inflatable air mattress, the top side being adjacent to the head of a lying patient.

[0010] According to another embodiment of the present invention, the CPR valve device may have an air release port, and the air outlet direction of the air release port is substantially perpendicular to the lying surface of the inflatable air mattress.

[0011] According to another embodiment of the present invention, it may include an adapter, which is connected between the gas pipeline and the CPR valve device, and is used to change the direction of gas flow in the gas pipeline from a direction parallel to the lying surface to a direction perpendicular to the lying surface.

[0012] According to another embodiment of the present invention, the adapter may have a first gas channel and a second gas channel that are interconnected, the direction of gas flow in the first gas channel is substantially perpendicular to the direction of gas flow in the second gas channel, the gas inlet end of the first gas channel is connected to the gas supply pipeline, the second gas channel extends from the connection of the first gas channel in a direction substantially perpendicular to the lying surface of the inflatable air mattress and away from the lying surface, and the gas outlet end of the second gas channel is connected to the CPR valve device.

[0013] According to another embodiment of the present invention, a supporting member may be included, and the supporting member can support and limit the CPR valve device on one side of the inflatable air mattress.

[0014] In order to achieve the above-mentioned purpose and other purposes, the present invention also proposes an air mattress system, which includes: an inflatable air mattress, an air supply pipeline and a CPR valve device. The air supply pipeline is connected to the inflatable air mattress and is in gas communication with the inflatable air mattress. The CPR valve device is in gas communication with the air supply pipeline to provide a path for the gas in the inflatable air mattress to escape, wherein when the inflatable air mattress is inflated, the position where the CPR valve device is connected to the air supply pipeline is lower than half the height of the inflatable air mattress, and the height of the CPR valve device is greater than half the height of the inflatable air mattress.

[0015] According to one embodiment of the present invention, the inflatable air mattress is used for a patient to lie down, and the CPR valve device is arranged on the top side of the inflatable air mattress adjacent to the head of the lying patient.

[0016] According to another embodiment of the present invention, the CPR valve device may have an air release port, and the air release direction of the air release port is upward.

[0017] According to another embodiment of the present invention, it may include an adapter, which is connected between the gas pipeline and the CPR valve device and is used to change the direction of gas flow in the gas pipeline from a horizontal direction to a vertical direction.

[0018] In this way, since the CPR valve device is configured with its top located flush with or higher than the nearby lying surface 101, the CPR valve device can be quickly found and operated, and the time required for the pre-procedure of deflation of the inflatable air mattress is effectively shortened, so that the patient can receive first aid more quickly, thereby increasing the success rate of CPR and helping to improve the quality and effectiveness of emergency medical care.

[Specific implementation method]

[0020] In order to fully understand the purpose, features and effects of the present invention, the present invention is now described in detail with the help of the following specific embodiments and the accompanying drawings, as follows:

[0023] In this application, the terms "a" or "an" are used to describe an element, structure, device, part or region, etc. This is only for the convenience of description and to provide a general meaning for the scope of the present invention. Therefore, unless it is obvious that it is otherwise intended, such description should be understood to include one or at least one, and the singular also includes the plural.

[0024] An air mattress system used for medical and / or care purposes is a type of air mattress that controls inflation and deflation to allow the air mattress to have functions such as adjusting the softness and hardness and support, or assisting patients in turning over, to meet the patient's support needs in recuperation, care, and special situations.

[0025] Among them, in the application fields of medical treatment and / or care, there is a possibility that the patient needs to take cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) measures. CPR is a measure to restore the patient's breathing and blood circulation through chest compression and massage to ensure that the brain maintains normal function. When implementing CPR, the patient must lie on his back on a relatively solid surface so that the patient can withstand the actual pressure during the process. In this way, the air mattress used in the medical and / or care fields needs to have the function of quickly releasing the internal gas in an emergency, so as to quickly form environmental conditions suitable for CPR.

[0026] Please also refer to Figure 1 and Figure 2 , Figure 1 is an exploded schematic diagram of an air mattress system according to one embodiment, Figure 2 is a schematic diagram of an air mattress system according to one embodiment.

[0027] The air mattress system 1 includes an inflatable air mattress 100, an air supply pipeline 200 and a CPR valve device 300. In addition, the air mattress system 1 may also include a control host, a bed cover, a bed bag, a fixing or supporting strap and other devices and components. In the application field of medical care, the air mattress system 1 is usually used in conjunction with a bed frame (not shown). The bed frame is equipped with movable side guardrails on at least two long sides to form a retaining wall on the outermost side, which provides further assistance for preventing the patient from falling under the bed, and can be disassembled, lowered or put down when not needed. In addition, the bed frame generally has the function of lifting or tilting the shoulders / back / legs to assist the patient to achieve or maintain a specific posture. Before performing CPR, in order to make the patient lie on his back, the bed frame will be adjusted to a flat state (that is, the load-bearing surface of the bed frame is in a completely flat state) so that the inflatable air mattress 100 on it is in a flat state.

[0028] In the air mattress system 1, the inflatable air mattress 100 has a lying surface 101 for the patient 10 to lie on. When the air mattress system 1 is used, the patient 10 lies on the lying surface 101 of the inflatable air mattress 100.

[0029] The inflatable air mattress 100 can be connected to the inflation source 20 to provide gas to the inflatable air mattress 100. As shown in the figure, the inflatable air mattress 100 can be composed of a plurality of air bags 110 arranged horizontally, but it is not limited thereto, and can also be a one-piece bed body formed with at least one air chamber. In response to the patient's care needs (for example: prevention or treatment of pressure sores, respiratory support, etc.) or habitual preferences to provide a degree of support, the inflatable air mattress 100 can be provided with a function of adjusting the softness and hardness by controlling the amount of gas in the air bag 110; and, by continuously controlling the inflation and deflation of the air bags 110 at different positions, the inflatable air mattress 100 can be provided with a function of alternating decompression. Therefore, the lying surface 101 is the top surface of the inflatable air mattress 100 for supporting the patient. This top surface can be the top surface of the air bag 110, or it can be the top surface of a bed cover or bed sheet covering the air bag. In addition, depending on the different inflation levels of the inflatable air mattress 100 or the situation of performing functions such as alternate decompression, the lying surface 101 may be a flat surface or a non-flat surface with slight ups and downs. When the inflatable air mattress 100 performs the function of alternate decompression, the lying surface 101 may be the outer surface formed by the higher airbag support when the bed cover or bed cover is inflated.

[0030] The gas supply pipeline 200 is connected to the inflatable air mattress 100 and the inflation source 20. The gas from the inflation source 20 enters the inflatable air mattress 100 through the gas supply pipeline 200 based on the control of the control host. The gas supply pipeline 200 can be made of two layers of TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) fabrics by high-frequency welding to join parts of the area together, and the unjoined area can form a pipeline, a channel or an air chamber. The gas supply pipeline 200 is shown in the figure as an example in a state where it has not been inflated.

[0031] The CPR valve device 300 is in gas communication with the gas supply line 200 to provide a path for the gas in the inflatable air mattress 100 to escape, thereby achieving the effect of quickly escaping the gas in the inflatable air mattress 100. The gas supply line 200 can be arranged between the CPR valve device 300 and the inflation source 20. The CPR valve device 300 can quickly change the hardness of the mattress during the first aid process, allowing the patient to quickly enter an environment suitable for CPR (the patient must lie flat on a solid surface) to ensure the effectiveness of CPR and the safety of the patient.

[0032] Please also refer to Figure 3 , which is a partial side schematic view of an air mattress system according to one embodiment.

[0033] The CPR valve device 300 has a top 301, and the CPR valve device 300 is configured so that, when the inflatable air mattress 100 is in use with a patient lying on it, the top 301 of the CPR valve device 300 is not lower than the lying surface 101 of the adjacent CPR valve device 300, that is, the CPR valve device 300 is substantially flush with or higher than the lying surface 101 of the adjacent inflatable air mattress 100.

[0034] The normal use of the inflatable air mattress 100 includes the formation of the softness and hardness of the bed corresponding to the patient's needs, the inflation degree in accordance with the care needs or the patient's preferences, etc., and does not include the state where the inflatable air mattress 100 is not fully inflated, is operated incorrectly, is installed incorrectly, or the airbag is damaged. Among them, taking the bottom surface position of the inflatable air mattress 100 when it is flat as the reference plane, the height of the lying surface 101 of the inflatable air mattress 100 with a harder bed (higher inflation degree) and a softer bed (lower inflation degree) should be greater than the height of the lying surface 101 of the inflatable air mattress 100 with a softer bed (lower inflation degree). In addition, patients of different weights lying on the inflatable air mattress 100 will also affect the height of the lying surface 101 of the inflatable air mattress 100.

[0035] In this way, when the inflatable air mattress 100 is inflated to a level where it can function normally and there is a patient on the lying surface 101, the CPR valve device 300 is configured so that its top 301 is substantially flush with the adjacent lying surface 101, or is higher than the adjacent lying surface 101 and extends out from the side of the inflatable air mattress 100. For example, if the CPR valve device 300 is configured on the top side of the inflatable air mattress 100, the top 301 of the CPR valve device 300 is substantially flush with or higher than the lying surface 101 near the head position of the inflatable air mattress 100. In another preferred embodiment, when the inflatable air mattress 100 is inflated to a level at which it can function normally and there is a patient on the lying surface 101, the CPR valve device 300, when configured so that its top 301 is substantially higher than the adjacent lying surface 101 and extends out from the side of the inflatable air mattress 100, the height range above the adjacent lying surface 101 can be 0.5 cm to 5 cm, in another preferred embodiment, it can be 1 cm to 4.5 cm, in another preferred embodiment, it can be 1.5 cm to 4 cm, in another preferred embodiment, it can be 2 cm to 3.5 cm, and in another preferred embodiment, it can be 2.5 cm to 3 cm. In this way, when an emergency occurs, even if the CPR provider or caregiver and the CPR valve device 300 are not located on the same side of the inflatable air mattress 100, the CPR provider or caregiver can quickly and faster find the CPR valve device 300 through the high visibility of the CPR valve device 300 set in the above manner, thereby further shortening the lead time for the patient to receive CPR rescue and grasping the golden moment for rescue.

[0036] Please refer to Figure 4 , which is a partial schematic diagram of a side view of an air mattress system according to one embodiment.

[0037] In another embodiment, the CPR valve device 300 can be configured such that, when the inflatable air mattress 100 is in an inflated state ready for use, the position where the CPR valve device 300 is connected to the air supply pipeline 200 is lower than half the height of the inflatable air mattress 100, and the setting height H1 of the CPR valve device 300 is greater than half the height H2 of the inflatable air mattress 100.

[0038] The air delivery pipeline 200 can be generally arranged at least along the long side of the inflatable air mattress 100 and connected to each air bag 110 ( Figure 1 ) is gas connected to provide a gas transmission path between the inflation source and the inflatable air mattress 100.

[0039] The CPR valve device 300 is in gas communication with the gas pipeline 200 . When the CPR valve device 300 is operated to open, the gas in the inflatable air mattress 100 will reach the CPR valve device 300 through the gas pipeline 200 and be released, so that the inflatable air mattress 100 will be deflated quickly.

[0040] The position where the CPR valve device 300 is connected to the gas pipeline 200 is lower than the position of half the height of the inflatable air mattress 100, so that the position where the CPR valve device 300 is connected to the gas pipeline 200 is closer to the bottom of the inflatable air mattress 100, so that the overall center of gravity of the CPR valve device 300 is lower and the structural stability is improved. In addition, the height H1 of the CPR valve device 300 is greater than half the height H2 of the inflatable air mattress 100, so that the top 301 of the CPR valve device 300 can be flush with or higher than the top surface of the inflatable air mattress 100.

[0041] According to one embodiment, the CPR valve device 300 is disposed on the top side of the inflatable air mattress 100 , which is adjacent to the head of the lying patient 10 and is one of the two short sides of the inflatable air mattress 100 .

[0042] In response to the shape of the airbags at different positions and the corresponding inflation and deflation functions, and in response to the shoulder / back / leg lifting functions of the bed frame, the inflatable air mattress 100 has a head-to-tail directionality. As an example, the CPR valve device 300 can be disposed on the top side of the inflatable air mattress 100 adjacent to the head of the lying patient 10 (i.e., the head of the bed), so as to avoid the guardrails (not shown) of the bed frame disposed on the long sides of the inflatable air mattress 100.

[0043] In this way, it is beneficial to arrange the CPR valve device 300 on the top side of the inflatable air mattress 100 instead of the long side (left and right sides). When the bed frame lifting function is normally operated, the CPR valve device 300 will not collide with the guardrail because it protrudes from the side of the inflatable air mattress 100. Not only can the bed frame lifting function operate more smoothly, but it can also prevent the CPR valve device 300 from being frequently hit and damaged. Furthermore, it is not easy for young children or non-professionals to touch the CPR valve device 300, thereby avoiding incorrect operation. In addition, when caring for patients, nursing staff or caregivers usually stand on the side adjacent to the long side of the inflatable air mattress 100, so the CPR valve device 300 is arranged on the top side of the inflatable air mattress 100 to avoid interfering with the movement line and reduce the risk of tripping.

[0044] In addition, the CPR valve device 300 is arranged on the top side of the inflatable air mattress 100 and adjacent to the patient's head, and the top 301 of the CPR valve device 300 is further made to protrude from the lying surface 101, which can improve the visibility of the CPR valve device 300, so that the CPR practitioner can locate the position of the CPR valve device 300 more quickly and operate it more smoothly. In addition, the gap between the pipeline extending from the top 301 of the CPR valve device 300 and the inflatable air mattress 100 can also be used to accommodate the medium-sized or large-sized sheets used in general hospitals to cover the inflatable air mattress 100. In addition to preventing such sheets from covering the CPR valve device 300, the arrangement of the present invention can also prevent the sheets from losing their original function of blocking basic dirt.

[0045] Please refer to Figure 5 , which is another partial schematic diagram of a side view of an air bed system according to one embodiment.

[0046] The CPR valve device 300 has an air outlet 310, and the air outlet direction of the air outlet 310 is substantially perpendicular to the lying surface 101 of the inflatable air mattress 100, so that the gas is ejected upward instead of toward the patient, thereby avoiding affecting the patient and the CPR practitioner. In addition, when the CPR valve device 300 is configured on the top side of the inflatable air mattress 100 and the air outlet direction of the air outlet 310 is configured upward, the pipeline inside the CPR valve device 300 is configured to be straight upward, reducing the problem of affecting the gas transmission efficiency and generating noise caused by the need for a serpentine design of the pipeline. In addition, since the air outlet direction of the deflation port 310 is substantially perpendicular to the lying surface 101 of the inflatable air mattress 100, the external markings of the CPR valve device 300 can also clearly allow the operator to find the deflation position, and then check whether the CPR valve device 300 is correctly activated through the deflation flow, without having to lift the bed sheet, squat down and probe to look at the side of the air mattress, or walk to the inflation source 20 to check the pipeline, saving the preparatory actions and time for CPR application. It is worth mentioning that the advantages of the above design are also applicable to the medical staff's usual inspection, maintenance and cleaning process of the CPR valve device 300, reducing unnecessary steps and saving unnecessary physical exertion.

[0047] Please refer to Figure 5 and Figure 6 , Figure 6 Schematic diagram of an exploded view of a CPR valve device in an air mattress system according to one embodiment.

[0048] The CPR valve device 300 has a cover 320 and a seat body 330. The cover 320 can be detachably disposed on the seat body 330. The seat body 330 is used to fix one end of the pipeline 340 to form an air leakage port 310. When the cover 320 is installed on the seat body 330, the cover 320 closes the air leakage port 310. When the air outlet direction of the air leakage port 310 is configured to be upward (perpendicular to the lying surface 101), if the CPR valve device 300 is to be opened, the cover 320 is pulled upward. In this way, the CPR practitioner can intuitively and quickly operate to open the CPR valve device 300 without being limited by the operating habits of the dominant hand.

[0049] Please refer to Figure 7 , Figure 7 Schematic cross-sectional view of a CPR valve device in an air mattress system according to one embodiment.

[0050] The cover 320 of the CPR valve device 300 has a release structure 321. After being pressed, the release structure 321 releases the limit fixation between the cover 320 and the seat body 330 to prevent the CPR valve device 300 from being pulled out too easily and causing accidental opening. The release structure 321 includes a pressing member 3211 and a return spring 3212. The pressing member 3211 is locked on the limit portion 331 of the seat body 330, so that the release structure 321 can limit and fix the cover 320 on the seat body 330 when no force is applied to press the pressing member 3211. The fixed structure 322 of the cover 320 is an immovable element relative to the release structure 321. The return spring 3212 is disposed between the pressing member 3211 and the fixed structure 322, so that the pressing member 3211 remains in the original position locked with the seat body 330 when no force is applied, and leaves the original position when force is applied.

[0051] When the CPR valve device 300 is to be opened, the CPR practitioner can apply force to press the pressing member 3211, causing the pressing member 3211 to move and disengage from the stopper 331 of the seat body 330, thereby releasing the stopper between the cover 320 and the seat body 330, and then apply force to remove the cover 320 away from the seat body 330, thereby opening the CPR valve device.

[0052] Please refer to Figure 1 , Figure 8 and Fig. 9 , Figure 8 is a partial schematic diagram of an air mattress system according to one embodiment, Fig. 9 It is a schematic side view of a transition piece in an air mattress system according to one embodiment.

[0053] The air mattress system 1 may further include an adapter 400, which is connected between the gas pipeline 200 and the CPR valve device 300, and is used to change the direction of the gas flow in the gas pipeline 200 from a direction parallel to the lying surface 101 to a direction perpendicular to the lying surface 101, so as to provide a gas flow path from the gas pipeline 200 to the CPR device. In the case where the gas pipeline 200 is usually arranged along the long side of the inflatable air mattress 100, the gas flow direction in the gas pipeline 200 is changed from a horizontal direction to a vertical direction by the adapter 400, and then the CPR valve device 300 is connected, thereby achieving an arrangement in which the CPR valve device 300 is arranged on the top side of the inflatable air mattress 100 and adjacent to the patient's head. The adapter 400 guides the gas flow path from the long side of the inflatable air mattress 100 to the short side of the inflatable air mattress 100.

[0054] The adapter 400 can be made of two layers of TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) fabrics by high-frequency welding to join parts of the area together, and the unjoined area can form a pipeline, a channel or an air chamber. The adapter 400 is shown in the figure in a state where no gas is input.

[0055] The adapter 400 may have a first gas channel 410 and a second gas channel 420 that are interconnected. In the figure, three first gas channels 410 and three second gas channels 420 are used as examples. The direction of gas flow in the first gas channel 410 is substantially perpendicular to the direction of gas flow in the second gas channel 420. The gas inlet end 411 of the first gas channel 410 is connected to the gas pipeline 200. The second gas channel 420 extends from the connection of the first gas channel 410 in a direction substantially perpendicular to the lying surface 101 of the inflatable air mattress 100 and away from the lying surface 101.

[0056] The CPR valve device 300 in the figure also uses three pipelines 340 as an example, and the three pipelines 340 are connected one-to-one with the three second gas channels 420. As shown in the figure, the gas outlet 421 of the second gas channel 420 is connected to the CPR valve device 300, and the three second gas channels 420 extending downward each extend at a different distance, so that the positions where the gas outlet 421 is connected to the three pipelines 340 of the CPR valve device 300 can be located on the same horizontal plane. Thereby, the three pipes 340 of the CPR valve device 300 can be made into the same length, which is beneficial to reduce the complexity of parts manufacturing, assembly accuracy and assembly convenience. Because of the structural combination of such an air supply pipeline 200 (with air bag design) and the adapter 400, the air mattress system 1 of the present invention can achieve the effect of CPR deflated fluid channel diversion in the most space-saving situation. Compared with the conventional technology that requires the use of PVC pipe concave diversion and different length specifications, the embodiment of the present invention is more convenient for overall storage, which can not only reduce the volume occupied by the bed, but also achieve the effect of good storage and maximum utilization of the bed space.

[0057] As shown in the figure, the horizontal first gas channel 410 and the vertical second gas channel 420 are connected by an arc-shaped pipe to reduce the noise problem caused by the gas flow hitting the vertical pipe wall.

[0058] Please refer to Figures 8 to 10 , Fig.10 Schematic diagram of a CPR valve device and an adapter in an air mattress system according to one embodiment.

[0059] The adapter 400 further includes a turning portion 430, one end of which is connected to the outlet end 421 disposed on the side of the adapter 400 to communicate with the second gas channel 420, and the other end is connected to the pipeline 340. The turning portion 430 is used to turn the gas flowing out of the outlet end 421 of the adapter 400 to flow in a direction substantially perpendicular to the lying surface 101 of the inflatable air mattress 100 and to flow to the exhaust port 310 through the pipeline 340. As an example, the turning portion 430 is a tube body, and its number corresponds to the number of the second gas channel 420 and the pipeline 340. In addition, the turning portion 430 extends obliquely upward, and the oblique extension angle is preferably greater than 90 degrees to avoid the gas from impacting the tube wall and generating noise when flowing. The pipeline 340 can be a straight flow channel structure, and the exhaust port 310 of its port is vertically upward.

[0060] Please refer to Fig.11 , Fig.11 FIG. 4 is another partial schematic diagram of an air mattress system according to one embodiment.

[0061] The air mattress system 1 may include a support member 500, which supports and limits the CPR valve device 300 on one side of the inflatable air mattress 100. A portion of the support member 500 is detachably disposed on the side of the inflatable air mattress 100, and the CPR valve device may lean against or abut against the support member 500, or be accommodated in a space formed between the support member 500 and the side of the inflatable air mattress 100, or be sandwiched between the support member 500 and the side of the inflatable air mattress 100.

[0062] The supporting member 500 may be an elastic or inelastic belt or sheet, the left and right ends of which are detachably or non-detachably coupled to the inflatable air mattress 100, so that a space for accommodating or clamping the CPR valve device 300 is formed between the middle area of the belt or sheet and the side of the inflatable air mattress 100, so that the CPR valve device 300 can be supported and limited on one side of the inflatable air mattress 100, maintaining the air outlet 310 of the CPR valve device 300 facing upward.

[0063] As another aspect, the CPR valve device 300 can be placed in a cloth cover extending from the bed bag itself to avoid contamination. The support member 500 can be arranged on the cloth cover, such as a drawstring extending on the left and right sides of the cloth cover, which is connected to the side of the inflatable air mattress 100 through the drawstring to fix the position of the CPR valve device 300. As another aspect, the support member can also be a set of buckles, and the male and female buckles can be fixed to the corresponding side of the inflatable air mattress 100 and the cloth cover respectively, so that it can be detachably fixed and support the CPR valve device 300.

[0064] In summary, according to the air mattress system of the above embodiment, the CPR valve device 300 is configured such that the top 301 is located flush with or higher than the nearby lying surface 101, so that the CPR practitioner or caregiver can quickly find and operate the CPR valve device 300 no matter where they are, and the time required for the pre-procedure of deflation of the inflatable air mattress can be shortened, so that the patient can receive first aid more quickly, thereby improving the success rate of CPR. In short, the CPR valve device 300 improves the CPR response speed, ensures first aid efficiency and operational convenience, and helps to improve the quality and effect of emergency medical care.
