Abstract

A service quality measurement method, apparatus and device, and a computer readable storage medium relate to the technical field of communications, and comprise the steps of controlling an incoming measurement point to perform dyeing control on a dyeing identifier in a GEM frame corresponding to a to-be-measured service flow in a packet sending period to generate a dyeing control result, the dyeing identifier comprises a packet loss measurement dyeing bit and a time delay measurement dyeing bit; controlling a measurement point to carry out dyeing statistics on the GEM frame received in a statistical period corresponding to the packet sending period so as to generate a dyeing statistics result; determining the service quality of the to-be-measured service flow according to the dyeing control result and the dyeing statistical result; wherein the incoming measurement point and the outgoing measurement point are respectively a starting point side device and an end point side device corresponding to a preset measurement message direction. According to the application, GemPort-level fine-grained measurement of service quality such as packet loss, time delay and jitter in the PON network can be realized, and the network overhead is reduced.
