Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a solution for video processing. A method for video processing is presented. The method comprises: for a conversion between a current video block of a video and a bitstream of the video, obtaining information on applying a geometric transformation to a first video unit comprising the current video block; determining whether to apply a geometric transformation to a second video unit of a reference video block including the current video block based on the information; and performing a conversion based on the determination.
