A bottle making machine for producing glass tubes and a method of operating the same

Abstract

The application relates to the technical field of bottle making machines, and discloses a bottle making machine for glass tube production and an operating method thereof, which comprises a machine base, a supporting seat is vertically connected to the middle position of the upper end surface of the machine base, a rotating disc is rotationally arranged on the middle outer side of the supporting seat, a plurality of groups of outer glass tube feeding pipes are uniformly arranged on the upper end surface of the rotating disc, a mechanical gripper is arranged on each group of outer glass tube feeding pipes which extends downwards and penetrates through the rotating disc, and the outer glass tube feeding pipes and the mechanical grippers are both used for penetrating through glass tubes. The bottle making machine for glass tube production and the operating method thereof have the advantages that a plurality of dust absorption covers are designed, a suction force is generated by a dust absorption fan, the suction force is sequentially applied to a plurality of groups of dust absorption pipes through suction ports and inner chambers, smoke generated near burners is absorbed by the respective dust absorption covers, the smoke is transferred into the inner chambers, the dust absorption covers are close to the burners, the smoke absorption efficiency is higher, the dust absorption covers and the burners are kept horizontal, the flame is prevented from being interfered by lateral air flow, and the combustion utilization rate is improved.
