Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] The present invention relates to an electronic aromatherapy candle device, in particular to an electronic aromatherapy candle device with a timed fire extinguishing function and a manufacturing method thereof, belonging to the technical field of aromatherapy candles. Background Art
[0002] Aromatherapy candles are characterized by their refreshing and pleasant fragrance. Unlike traditional candles, they are a type of craft candle, available in a variety of shapes and beautiful colors. The natural plant essential oils they contain emit a pleasant fragrance when burned, offering benefits such as beauty and health, soothing the nerves, purifying the air, and eliminating odors. However, existing anti-tip aromatherapy candles can be dangerous if they tip over during use, potentially igniting other combustible materials.
[0003] Traditional anti-tip scented candle burners utilize a mechanical structure that covers the entire candle burner, automatically extinguishing it. However, these mechanisms are complex to manufacture, making standardized production difficult. Furthermore, these burners are typically sold as a whole, without recycling or reprocessing. Furthermore, people often forget to blow out the candles, or the candles tip over and go out. Without a timed extinguishing mechanism or an anti-tip alarm, the candle burner's effectiveness is significantly reduced. Summary of the Invention

[0007] 000. Preferably, the control panel is further provided with a buzzer, a photosensor, a motion sensor, a high-voltage discharge package, and a touch switch. The photosensor is used to detect the light guide column on the cup holder of the candle cup, and the photosensor activates the automatic fire extinguishing operation when it detects that the candle is burned out. The motion sensor is used to detect the horizontal posture of the electronic scented candle. The buzzer is used for timed fire extinguishing and anti-tilt protection alarm, and emits a "beep beep beep" sound reminder; a group of buttons are provided on the top of the touch switch, and the buttons correspond to the "automatic ignition" and "timed fire extinguishing" functions respectively; when the "automatic ignition" button is pressed, the high-voltage discharge package on the control panel generates instantaneous high voltage, which is transmitted to the second conductive copper sheet through the conductive spring needle, and finally transmitted to the conductive wick through the first conductive copper sheet, thereby discharging and igniting the wooden wick, completing the automatic ignition operation.
[0008] As a further improvement of the present invention, the button on the touch switch on the control panel is provided with an "automatic ignition" function, and the control panel generates high voltage electricity through the high-voltage discharge pack, and then the high voltage electricity reaches the conductive wick of the wax cup through the first conductive copper sheet, and then the conductive wick ignites the wooden wick.
[0009] Preferably, the electronic aromatherapy candle burner enters the automatic ignition operation program setting by pressing and holding the "automatic ignition" button on the touch switch for more than one second; then, the high-voltage discharge pack on the control panel generates instantaneous high voltage, which is transmitted to the second conductive copper sheet through the conductive spring needle, and finally the instantaneous high voltage is transmitted to the conductive wick through the first conductive copper sheet, and then the discharge will ignite the middle wooden wick to complete the automatic ignition operation.

[0011] Preferably, the silicone decorative piece has a curved structure and is arranged at the air outlet at the top of the upper shell to control the air outlet direction of the fan and achieve rapid fire extinguishing operations.
[0012] Furthermore, the electronic aromatherapy candle burner enters the timed fire extinguishing operation program setting by short pressing the "timed fire extinguishing" button on the touch switch; the control panel starts the timed fire extinguishing operation through the button on the touch switch, and then the fan issues a timed fire extinguishing instruction according to the fire extinguishing time set by the control panel, and starts the working state of the fan.
[0013] As a further improvement of the present invention, the electronic scented candle maker only transmits high voltage electricity to the conductive spring pin, passing it through the corresponding second conductive copper sheet to the first conductive copper sheet, and then ignites the wooden wick through the conductive wick, only when the control board detects that the third conductive copper sheet corresponding to the separation spring pin is in place. Conversely, if the control board detects that the third conductive copper sheet corresponding to the separation spring pin is not in place, the electronic scented candle maker issues a separation alarm.
[0014] Preferably, the electronic scented candle maker detects in real time whether the third conductive copper sheet is in place through the separation pin on the control panel. At this time, if the candle body and the wax cup base are separated, the separation pin on the candle body detects that the third conductive copper sheet of the wax cup is in a separated state, and then the buzzer emits a "beep beep" alarm sound to remind the electronic scented candle maker that it is in a separated state; when the electronic scented candle maker is in a separated state, the control panel on the candle body will turn on the automatic ignition lock function, and the automatic ignition button will not work normally; at this time, the wax cup needs to be installed back on the scented candle body, that is, the automatic ignition lock function is turned off; then the "beep beep" sound disappears, and the automatic ignition button of the electronic scented candle maker resumes normal operation.
[0015] As a further improvement of the present invention, the control panel is provided with a tilt protection function of "timed fire extinguishing", and its horizontal posture is detected by the motion sensor. When the product tilts, the automatic candle extinguishing function of the fan is only turned on once, and there is no alarm function.
[0016] Preferably, the control panel activates the tilt protection function of "timed fire extinguishing". If the product tilts and falls, the automatic candle extinguishing function of the fan will be activated, and the buzzer will emit a "beep beep" alarm sound to remind that the electronic aromatherapy candle maker is in a tilted state; only after the electronic aromatherapy candle maker is straightened will the tilt protection be unlocked and the device will start normally.
[0017] As a further improvement of the present invention, the aromatherapy candle wax cup consists of a cup holder, a wax body and a glass cover. The cup holder is provided with a group of assembly holes, which are respectively used to fix the iron sheet, the first conductive copper sheet, the second conductive copper sheet and the light guide column; the glass cover covers the wax body and is fixed to the cup holder; one end of the first conductive copper sheet is provided with an assembly clip for clamping the conductive wick; the wooden wick passes through the conductive wick and is fixed to the cup holder.
[0018] Preferably, a group of conductive wicks and a wooden wick are provided in the wax body, the top of the conductive wick is 2-3 mm higher than the wooden wick, and the wooden wick is located in the middle of the conductive wick; the conductive wick is made by spraying conductive paint on an ordinary mahogany wick, and the assembly spacing is between 2-6.5 mm.
[0019] Furthermore, the aromatherapy candle cup conducts a high ignition voltage to the conductive wick by contacting the first conductive copper sheet, thereby generating a high-voltage spark to ignite the central wooden wick, thereby achieving ignition. Preferably, the wooden wick installed in the middle of the conductive wick acts as an insulator, preventing discharge from occurring between the two conductive wicks. However, at the top of the conductive wick, which is 2-3 mm higher than the wooden wick, the conductive wick generates a high-voltage spark that ignites the central wooden wick due to the lack of insulation provided by the wooden wick.
[0020] The applicant has noticed that in daily use, people often use electronic scented candle makers frequently to continuously achieve the best banana effect. Based on the structural characteristics of the scented candle cups of the above-mentioned electronic scented candle maker, an automatic assembly process set by a series of processing parameters can be used to implement automatic candle cup production.
[0021] Therefore, the applicant also provides a method for making a wax cup for an electronic aromatherapy candle burner with a timed fire extinguishing function. Specifically, an iron sheet, a first conductive copper sheet, a second conductive copper sheet, and a third conductive copper sheet are first fixed on a cup holder, wherein the iron sheet and the second conductive copper sheet are directly inserted into the assembly hole and then bent and fixed, the third conductive copper sheet is bonded to the groove at the bottom of the cup holder with adhesive, and the first conductive copper sheet is fixed to the fixing groove on the front of the cup holder by a tight fit; the second conductive copper sheet is connected to the first conductive copper sheet by soldering at the intersection; then the light guide column is assembled in the assembly hole on the cup holder and fixed by a tight fit; then, the conductive wick is clamped on the first conductive copper sheet by a tight fit, and the wooden wick is fixed to the cup holder through the conductive wick; then, the glass cover is put on the cup holder, and then ~mm high black AB glue is poured inside it to seal the inside of the glass cover, and after the AB glue dries, wax is poured into the glass cover to complete the standardized assembly operation of the aromatherapy candle cup.
[0022] As a further improvement to the present invention, the aromatherapy candle body comprises an upper shell, a bottom cover, a control panel, a fan, and a battery. The upper shell is provided with an air outlet embedded in a silicone decorative piece. The control panel is equipped with automatic ignition and timed fire extinguishing programs, which are activated by pressing the touch switch. The battery provides power to the fan and control panel, respectively. A set of magnets is mounted on the bottom cover, securing the magnets, battery, and control panel to the upper shell. The fan is activated and automatically extinguishes the fire based on the timed fire extinguishing command provided by the control panel.
[0023] According to the structural characteristics of the scented candle body of the electronic scented candle device described above, the scented candle body can also be manufactured by utilizing an automatic assembly process set by a series of processing parameters.
[0024] Therefore, the applicant also provides a method for making a scented candle body of an electronic scented candle burner with a timed fire extinguishing function. Specifically, the magnet, battery and button are first assembled on the upper shell, and then the button is fixed to the upper shell through a buckle; the battery is directly placed in the battery slot, and the bottom cover is assembled by using the ribs on the bottom cover to press it to prevent it from running out; there are ribs in the magnet assembly groove, and the magnet is fixed by tightly fitting with the assembly groove; then the control board is fixed in the upper shell by screws, and then the fan is fixed to the bottom cover by screws. [0039] The control board (23) is provided with a group of conductive spring pins (233) and a group of separation spring pins (232), the top ends of the conductive spring pins (233) are located just below the second conductive copper sheet (112), one end of the second conductive copper sheet (112) is embedded and fixed on the cup holder (11), and the other end of the second conductive copper sheet (112) is respectively welded and fixed to one end of the first conductive copper sheet (111); the top ends of the separation spring pins (232) are located just below the third conductive copper sheet (113).
[0040] The control panel (23) is further provided with a high-voltage discharge package (237), a light sensor (235), a motion sensor, a buzzer (234) and a group of touch switches (231). In addition, when and only when the wax body (12) is burned out, the light sensor (235) detects the light signal of the light guide column (115) on the cup holder (11) of the candle cup (1), and then the control panel (23) controls the fan (24) to perform the fire extinguishing operation.
[0043] Example 2, as attached Figure 2 , Attachment Figure 6 To the attached Figure 8 shown.
[0044] This embodiment provides a timed fire extinguishing method for an electronic aromatherapy candle burner with a timed fire extinguishing function, specifically, The touch switch (231) on the control panel (23) is provided with a "timed fire extinguishing" function, and a group of indicator lights are provided on the button of the touch switch (231), respectively corresponding to different timed fire extinguishing times; the time of the timed fire extinguishing is set by pressing the "timed fire extinguishing" button.
[0045] A light guide column (115) is provided on the cup holder (11) of the candle cup (1), corresponding to the light sensor (235) of the control panel (23); the light sensor (235) starts an automatic fire extinguishing operation when it detects that the scented candle has burned out.
[0046] The upper shell (21) of the aromatherapy candle body (2) is a cavity structure, and a fan (24) is arranged in the cavity structure. The fan (24) starts the fire extinguishing operation after the control panel (23) issues a fire extinguishing command, and extinguishes the candle flame through the silicone decorative piece (211) on the upper shell (21). The silicone decorative piece (211) has a curved surface structure and is arranged at the air outlet at the top of the upper shell (21) to control the air outlet direction of the fan (24) to achieve a rapid fire extinguishing effect.
[0047] An electronic aromatherapy candle burner with a timed fire extinguishing function has a timed automatic fire extinguishing function. By short-pressing a "timed fire extinguishing" button on a touch switch (231), the timed fire extinguishing operation is entered. The control panel (23) starts the timed fire extinguishing operation through the touch switch (231), and then the fan (24) issues a timed fire extinguishing instruction according to the fire extinguishing time set by the control panel (23), starts the working state of the fan (24), and performs the automatic fire extinguishing operation.
[0048] Specifically, a short press on the timer button sets the timer, which automatically turns off when the timer is up. Continuous short presses change the timer position. A short press turns on the first indicator light, indicating the timer is set to N hours; a short press turns on the second indicator light, indicating the timer is set to M+1 hours; a short press turns on the third indicator light, indicating the timer is set to M+2 hours. Without a short press, neither indicator light turns on, and the timer function will not function for extended periods. A long press on the timer button cancels the timer function and automatically turns off the candle.
[0049] Specifically, when the scented candle burns out, the flame will be at the bottom of the candle cup. When the wax on the light guide column also melts, its exposed head will conduct the flame light downward, and finally transmit it to the photosensor on the control board. The photosensor will transmit the signal to the control chip, allowing it to start the fan to perform fire extinguishing action.
[0050] Example 3, as attached Figure 3 To the attached Figure 8 shown.
[0051] This embodiment provides a separation alarm operation method for an electronic aromatherapy candle burner with a timed fire extinguishing function, specifically, The electronic aromatherapy candle device is composed of a candle body (2) and a candle cup (1), wherein a group of conductive wicks (121) and a wooden wick (122) are provided on the wax body (12) of the candle cup (1); a first conductive copper sheet (111), a second conductive copper sheet (112), and a third conductive copper sheet (113) are provided at the bottom of the cup holder (11) of the candle cup (1); a group of conductive spring pins (233) and a group of separation spring pins (232) are provided on the control panel (23) of the aromatherapy candle body (2), wherein the conductive spring pins (233) are located on one side of the second conductive copper sheet (112). At the lower side, one end of the second conductive copper sheet (112) is fixedly connected to the first conductive copper sheet (111), and then high voltage electricity reaches the conductive wick (121) of the wax cup (1) through the first conductive copper sheet (111), and the control board (23) starts the timed fire extinguishing operation through the touch switch (231), and then the conductive wick (121) ignites the wooden wick (122); the separation spring pin (232) is distributed just below the two ends of the third conductive copper sheet (113) and is used to detect the separation state of the wax cup (1) and the aromatherapy candle body (2).
[0052] The timed ignition separation alarm operation of an electronic aromatherapy candle burner with a timed fire extinguishing function is as follows: The first step is to separate the detection of auto-ignition, First, the control board (23) detects whether the third conductive copper sheet (113) corresponding to the separation spring pin (232) is in place, and then transmits high voltage electricity through the conductive spring pin (233) and the corresponding second conductive copper sheet (112), and finally the conductive wick (121) ignites the wooden wick (122). If and only if the timing function of the electronic aromatherapy candle is not turned on, that is, it is not in the automatic fire extinguishing state; at this time, the separation spring pin (232) on the aromatherapy candle body (2) will not detect the separation state of the third conductive copper sheet (113) of the candle cup (1).
[0053] The second step is to separate the locking automatic alarm, If the third conductive copper sheet (113) detected by the separation spring pin (232) is not in position, the aromatherapy candle body (2) will not generate high voltage electricity and the automatic ignition lock function will be activated; at this time, if the aromatherapy candle body (2) and the base of the wax cup (1) are separated, the separation spring pin (232) on the aromatherapy candle body (2) detects that the third conductive copper sheet (113) of the wax cup (1) has been separated, and immediately emits a "beep beep" sound to remind the product that it is in a separated state.
[0054] The third step is to separate the locking automatic ignition, When the product is in the separated state, the control panel (23) on the scented candle body (2) will turn on the automatic ignition lock function, and the automatic ignition button will not work normally; at this time, the wax cup (1) needs to be installed back on the scented candle body (2), that is, the automatic ignition lock function is turned off; then the "beep beep" sound disappears, and the automatic ignition button resumes normal operation.
[0055] Example 4, as attached Figure 4 , Attachment Figure 5 , Attachment Figure 7 shown.
[0056] This embodiment provides a method for making a wax cup for an electronic aromatherapy candle burner with a timed fire extinguishing function, specifically, First, the iron sheet (114), the first conductive copper sheet (111), the second conductive copper sheet (112), and the third conductive copper sheet (113) are fixed on the cup holder (11), wherein the iron sheet (114) and the second conductive copper sheet (112) are directly inserted into the assembly hole and then bent and fixed, the third conductive copper sheet (113) is bonded to the bottom groove of the cup holder with adhesive, the first conductive copper sheet (111) is fixed to the fixing groove on the front of the cup holder (11) by tight fit; the second conductive copper sheet (112) is fixed to the first conductive copper sheet (111) by interlacing with the first conductive copper sheet (111) Solder connection; then assemble the light guide column (115) into the assembly hole on the cup holder (11) and fix it by tight fitting; then, clamp the conductive wick (121) on the first conductive copper sheet (111) by a tight fitting clamp, and the wooden wick (122) passes through the conductive wick (121) and is fixed on the cup holder (11); then, put the glass cover (13) on the cup holder (11), and then pour 3~4mm high black AB glue inside it, and then seal the inside of the glass cover (13), and then pour wax into the glass cover (13) after the AB glue is dry.
[0057] As we all know, the wax cups in electronic scented candle makers require frequent replacement during daily use to maintain optimal aromatherapy effects. Therefore, recycling and replacing wax cups can be a green marketing strategy, enhancing corporate social responsibility while also shortening the production cycle. Experimental data shows that recycled wax cups can be reused at least 3-5 times.
[0058] Based on the characteristics of recycled wax cups, an automatic wax filling and assembly device can be installed to further improve production levels. At the same time, the entire wax cup production can be automated through a digital process design that includes automatic parts transfer, cup holder pressing and assembly, robotic welding, and wax filling.
[0059] Therefore, the applicant has noticed that based on such a digital production process, a series of assembly process parameters need to be set.
[0060] As attached Figure 7As shown, the wax cup (1) is composed of a cup holder (11), a wax body (12) and a glass cover (13); the cup holder (11) is provided with a group of assembly holes, which are respectively used to fix the iron sheet (114), the first conductive copper sheet (111), the second conductive copper sheet (112) and the light guide column (115); the glass cover (13) covers the wax body (12) and is fixed on the cup holder (11); one end of the first conductive copper sheet (111) is provided with an assembly clip for clamping the conductive wick (121); the wooden wick (122) passes through the conductive wick (121) and is fixed on the cup holder (11).
[0061] As attached Figure 5 As shown, the wax body (12) is provided with two conductive wicks (121) and a wooden wick (122), the top of the conductive wick (121) is 2 to 3 mm higher than the wooden wick (122), and the wooden wick (122) is located in the middle of the conductive wick (121); the conductive wick (121) is made by spraying conductive paint on an ordinary mahogany wick, and the assembly spacing is between 2 and 6.5 mm.
[0062] Specifically, the wax cup (1) conducts the ignition high voltage to the conductive wick (121) by contacting the first conductive copper sheet (111), thereby generating a high-voltage spark to ignite the middle wooden wick (122), thereby achieving an ignition function.
[0063] As attached Figure 4 As shown, the wooden wick (122) assembled in the middle of the conductive wick (121) plays an isolating role, so that no discharge occurs between the conductive wicks on both sides; however, at the top of the conductive wick (121), the conductive wick is 2 to 3 mm higher than the wooden wick.
