Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of medical biological research, in particular to a method for constructing a plateau chronic obstructive pulmonary disease cell model and application of the plateau chronic obstructive pulmonary disease cell model. The method comprises the following step: culturing alveolar macrophages in an oxygen-deficient culture environment containing a cigarette smoke extract (CES). The invention establishes and verifies a cell model for plateau COPD. Through the model, the obvious difference between the pathophysiology characteristics of the plateau COPD and the pathophysiology characteristics caused by pure hypoxia or CSE exposure can be conveniently researched, so that a certain degree of explanation is provided for the increase of the incidence rate of the plateau COPD and the acceleration of the disease progress.
