Abstract

This disclosure discloses a blockchain transaction processing method and system, electronic device, and program product, relating to the field of blockchain technology. The method can be applied to a blockchain system, which includes a main chain and sub-chains. The method includes: the sub-chain determining the transaction category of at least one transaction request submitted by a user; in response to a first transaction request whose transaction category is a first preset category, the sub-chain generates a zero-knowledge proof corresponding to the first transaction request and submits at least the compressed transaction data and the zero-knowledge proof to the main chain for verification; in response to a first transaction request whose transaction category is a second preset category, the sub-chain submits at least the compressed transaction data to the main chain to await a challenge; updating the global state tree and releasing a corresponding amount of assets to the recipient's account address. This disclosure can improve the performance of the sub-chain in terms of transaction throughput and transaction reliability verification.
