The invention discloses a data resource value measurement and calculation method and device, electronic equipment and a storage medium. The method comprises the steps of obtaining data basic information corresponding to a to-be-evaluated data resource of a target enterprise; determining an evaluation index set corresponding to the to-be-evaluated data resource according to the data basic information and the target evaluation index system; obtaining enterprise basic information and a data evaluation purpose of the target enterprise; determining a first evaluation index value according to the evaluation index set, the data basic information, the data evaluation purpose and a preset value evaluation model; adjusting the first evaluation index value according to the enterprise basic information to obtain a second evaluation index value; and generating a target evaluation report based on the data basic information, the enterprise basic information and the second evaluation index value. By adopting the embodiment of the invention, the credibility of the data asset value evaluation result is improved.
