Description

TECHNICAL FIELD

[0001] The present application relates to the technical field of clothes processing equipment, and particularly provides a device for preventing tilting and clothes processing equipment. BACKGROUND

[0002] The balance of a washing machine is an important issue when the washing machine is installed. If the balance of the washing machine is not adjusted well when the washing machine is placed on the ground or other placement surface, large vibration and noise may occur during use, and if the load is too large, the machine may be displaced seriously, resulting in safety hazards such as broken wires, tilting, collision, and water leakage. The existing washing machine is usually provided with a foot at each corner of the bottom. The connecting rod of the foot is vertically movably connected with the bottom plate. The support structure of the foot is placed on the ground or other placement surface. By adjusting the relative position of the connecting rod and the bottom plate, the height of the four corners of the washing machine is adjusted, so that the washing machine reaches a horizontal balance state, and the support structures of the feet are all in abutment with the ground or other placement surface, achieving the effect of vibration reduction and noise reduction.

[0003] With the advancement of technology and the improvement of living standards, people have more and more demands for clothes processing. In addition to washing clothes, clothes need to be dried. In order to facilitate operation, a washing machine and a clothes dryer are usually stacked together. After the washing machine and the clothes dryer are stacked, the overall height is high, the center of gravity is correspondingly raised, the stability is reduced, and especially for thin models, tilting is prone to occur. For a washing machine that has been leveled or a washing machine that has been produced, it is not possible to effectively prevent tilting without affecting the existing vibration reduction and noise reduction effect. SUMMARY

[0004] The present application aims to solve the above technical problems, i.e., to solve the problem that the washing machine in the prior art cannot effectively prevent tilting without affecting the vibration reduction and noise reduction effect.

[0005] In a first aspect, the present application provides a device for preventing tilting, which comprises a body connected with a foot of a to-be-placed device, and is arranged to enable the bottom surface of the body and the bottom surface of the foot to be in abutment with a placement surface.

[0006] In the above technical solution, when the to-be-placed device is installed on the placement surface, the bottom surface of the body and the bottom surface of the foot are in abutment with the placement surface. The to-be-placed device is leveled and damped by the foot, and at the same time, the device for preventing tilting is in abutment with the placement surface, thereby preventing tilting. Since the body is connected with the foot, no other structure needs to be added to the to-be-placed device, which does not affect the center of gravity of the to-be-placed device and does not affect the vibration reduction and noise reduction effect of the to-be-placed device, thereby achieving the effect of preventing tilting without affecting the vibration reduction and noise reduction effect of the to-be-placed device.

[0007] In a specific embodiment of the above-mentioned anti-tipping device, the main body is provided with a first mounting groove and a second mounting groove. The first mounting groove is located at the bottom of the main body, and the second mounting groove is located at the top of the main body. The first mounting groove and the second mounting groove are connected. The support structure of the foot is located in the first mounting groove, and the connecting rod of the foot passes through the second mounting groove.

[0008] By adopting the above technical solution, the connection between the body and the foot is realized by installing the foot in the first and second mounting slots of the body. This also increases the contact area between the foot and the placement surface, thereby increasing friction, improving the stability of the equipment to be placed, and effectively preventing tipping.

[0009] In the specific implementation of the above-mentioned anti-tipping device, the main body is an elastic element.

[0010] When the above technical solution is adopted, the elastic element can increase the friction between the elastic element and the surface it contacts after being squeezed. In addition, the elastic element can absorb vibration, which further improves the stability of the equipment to be placed and effectively prevents it from tipping over.

[0011] In a specific embodiment of the above-described anti-tipping device, the depth of the first mounting groove is less than or equal to the height of the supporting structure.

[0012] When the above technical solution is adopted, the depth of the first mounting groove is less than or equal to the height of the support structure, so that the bottom surface of the support structure is flush with the bottom surface of the body, or the bottom surface of the support structure extends beyond the bottom surface of the body, ensuring that the bottom surface of the foot abuts against the placement surface. When the body is subjected to the gravity of the device to be placed or other downward forces, the body deforms, so that the bottom surface of the body can also abut against the placement surface.

[0013] In a specific embodiment of the above-mentioned anti-tipping device, the portion between the top surface of the first mounting groove and the top surface of the main body is a compression portion, and the thickness of the compression portion is greater than the distance between the mounting surface of the foot on the device to be placed and the top surface of the support structure.

[0014] When the above technical solution is adopted, since the thickness of the extrusion part is greater than the distance between the mounting surface and the top surface of the support structure, the extrusion part is always subjected to the downward extrusion of the gravity of the device to be placed. After the extrusion part is deformed by extrusion, it comes into contact with the placement surface, thus ensuring that the bottom surface of the body always remains in contact with the placement surface.

[0015] In the specific embodiment of the above-mentioned anti-tipping device, both the first mounting groove and the second mounting groove are open on the side of the main body.

[0016] In the case of adopting the technical scheme, when the anti-toppling device is installed, the foot is directly placed into the first installation groove and the second installation groove from the opening, which facilitates the installation of the anti-toppling device, especially in the case of installing the anti-toppling device after the washing machine is placed on the placing surface by the foot, without lifting the washing machine or taking down the foot, the anti-toppling device can be directly installed.

[0017] In the specific embodiment of the anti-toppling device, the anti-toppling device further comprises a suction cup connected to the bottom surface of the body.

[0018] In the case of adopting the technical scheme, since the bottom surface of the body abuts against the placing surface, the suction cup connected to the bottom surface of the body can extrude the air in the suction cup under the extrusion force, so that the suction cup is adsorbed on the placing surface, and then the body is fixed on the placing surface, and then the foot connected to the body is fixed on the placing surface, finally the device to be placed is fixed on the placing surface, the stability of the device to be placed is improved, the vibration is reduced, the displacement of the device to be placed is avoided, and the toppling is further prevented.

[0019] In the specific embodiment of the anti-toppling device, the suction cup is provided in plurality, and the plurality of suction cups are uniformly arranged on the bottom surface of the body.

[0020] In the case of adopting the technical scheme, the plurality of suction cups are uniformly arranged on the bottom surface of the body, which can ensure that each position of the bottom surface of the body is adsorbed and fixed on the placing surface, the adsorption effect is enhanced, the stability of the device to be placed is improved, and the toppling is further prevented.

[0021] In the second aspect, the application further provides a laundry treating device, which comprises the anti-toppling device.

[0022] In the case of adopting the technical scheme, the laundry treating device can effectively prevent toppling without affecting the vibration and noise reduction effect of the anti-toppling device.

[0023] In the specific embodiment of the laundry treating device, the laundry treating device comprises a washing machine and a drying machine, the drying machine is arranged above the washing machine, the four corners of the bottom of the washing machine are provided with reinforcing members, the foot is connected to the reinforcing members, and the washing machine is the device to be placed.

[0024] In the case of adopting the technical scheme, the anti-toppling device can effectively prevent the overall device from toppling in the case of stacking the washing machine and the drying machine.

[0025] Compared with the prior art, the anti-toppling device has the beneficial effects that when the to-be-placed device is installed on the placement surface, the bottom surface of the body and the bottom surface of the footing are in abutment with the placement surface, the to-be-placed device is leveled and damped by the footing, and the anti-toppling device is in abutment with the placement surface, thereby preventing toppling. In addition, the body is connected with the footing, so that no other structure needs to be added to the to-be-placed device, the center of gravity of the to-be-placed device is not affected, and the damping effect is not affected, thereby achieving the effects of preventing toppling and not affecting the damping and noise reduction effect of the to-be-placed device. For those skilled in the art, the specific meaning of the above terms in the present application can be understood according to the specific circumstances.

[0035] Based on the background technology, the washing machine in the prior art cannot effectively prevent tilting without affecting the damping and noise reduction effect. The present application aims to provide a device for preventing tilting, which can be installed on the placing surface when the device to be placed is installed on the placing surface. The bottom surface of the body and the bottom surface of the foot are in abutment with the placing surface. The foot can level and damp the device to be placed, and the device for preventing tilting can be in abutment with the placing surface to prevent tilting. Since the body is connected with the foot, no other structure needs to be added to the device to be placed, which will not affect the center of gravity of the device to be placed and will not affect the damping effect. Therefore, the device for preventing tilting can effectively prevent tilting without affecting the damping and noise reduction effect of the device to be placed.

[0036] Firstly, refer to Figure 1 , Figure 1 The overall structure of the clothes processing device of the present application is shown. As Figure 1 shown, the clothes processing device of the present application comprises a washing machine 1, a clothes dryer 2 and a device for preventing tilting 3. The clothes dryer 2 is arranged above the washing machine 1. The four corners of the bottom of the washing machine 1 are provided with reinforcing members. The feet 11 are connected to the reinforcing members. There are at least four feet 11. At least one foot 11 is arranged on each corner of the bottom of the washing machine 1. One device for preventing tilting 3 is connected to each foot 11. The foot 11 comprises a connecting rod and a supporting structure. The connecting rod is vertically movably connected with the reinforcing member. The bottom surface of the supporting structure is in abutment with the placing surface. By adjusting the relative position of the connecting rod of each foot 11 and the reinforcing member, the height of the four corners of the washing machine 1 is adjusted, so that the washing machine 1 reaches a horizontal balance state, and the supporting structures of the feet 11 are in abutment with the placing surface, thereby achieving the effect of damping and noise reduction. Possibly, the outer periphery of the connecting rod can be provided with external threads. The reinforcing member is provided with threaded holes. The connecting rod and the reinforcing member are connected by threads to achieve the vertical movable connection of the connecting rod and the reinforcing member. The connecting rod is further provided with a locking nut. The top surface and the bottom surface of the reinforcing member are both provided with locking nuts, which are used to prevent the connecting rod from coming out of the reinforcing member, and also to prevent the connecting rod from moving up and down relative to the reinforcing member, thereby affecting the leveling effect.

[0037] It should be noted that the washing machine 1 can be placed on the ground, at this time the placement surface is the ground, the washing machine 1 can also be placed on a support, a base and the like, at this time the placement surface is the top surface of the support, the base and the like, and can also be placed on other placement surfaces, and the present application does not make specific limitations.

[0038] Then refer to Figures 1-3 , Figure 2 The structure of the anti-toppling device of the present application is shown, Figure 3 The structure of the anti-toppling device of the present application is shown. As Figures 1-3 shown, the anti-toppling device 3 comprises a body 31, the body 31 is connected with the footing 11, the anti-toppling device 3 is arranged to enable the bottom surface of the body 31 and the bottom surface of the footing 11 to abut against the placement surface; when the washing machine 1 is installed on the placement surface, the bottom surface of the body 31 and the bottom surface of the footing 11 abut against the placement surface, the washing machine 1 is leveled and damped by the footing 11, at the same time, the anti-toppling device 3 also abuts against the placement surface, which achieves the purpose of preventing toppling, and since the body 31 is connected with the footing 11, no other structure needs to be added to the washing machine 1, which will not affect the center of gravity of the washing machine 1 and will not affect the damping effect, which realizes that the damping and noise reduction effect of the washing machine 1 is not affected, and the washing machine 1 can also be effectively prevented from toppling.

[0039] Specifically, the body 31 is an elastic member, which can be made of elastic materials such as rubber, polyurethane and vinyl resin, since the elastic member can increase the friction between the elastic member and the placement surface after being pressed, in addition, the elastic member can also absorb vibration, which further improves the stability of the washing machine 1 and effectively prevents toppling.

[0040] The first mounting groove 32 is arranged at the bottom of the body 31, the shape of the first mounting groove 32 is the same as the shape of the supporting structure of the footing 11, and the second mounting groove 33 is arranged at the top of the body 31. The first mounting groove 32 and the second mounting groove 33 are communicated, the supporting structure of the footing 11 is arranged in the first mounting groove 32, and the connecting rod of the footing 11 is arranged in the second mounting groove 33. By arranging the footing 11 in the first mounting groove 32 and the second mounting groove 33 of the body 31, the connection between the body 31 and the footing 11 is realized, the contact area between the footing 11 and the placement surface is increased, the friction is increased, the stability of the washing machine 1 is improved, and the anti-toppling is effectively realized. The first mounting groove 32 and the second mounting groove 33 are both opened on the side surface of the body 31. When the anti-toppling device 3 is installed, the opening is directly opposite to the footing 11, the footing 11 is arranged in the first mounting groove 32 and the second mounting groove 33 from the opening, the installation of the anti-toppling device 3 is facilitated, especially when the anti-toppling device 3 is installed after the washing machine 1 is placed on the placement surface through the footing 11, the washing machine 1 does not need to be lifted, the footing 11 does not need to be removed, and the anti-toppling device 3 can be directly installed. It should be noted that the body 31 can be a cylinder, a cuboid, a square or other polygonal column. When the body 31 is a cylinder, the side surface of the body 31 is the circumferential surface of the body 31. When the body 31 is a cuboid, a square or other polygonal column, the side surface of the body 31 is any one side surface in the circumferential direction of the body 31, and the application does not make specific limitations.

[0041] The anti-toppling device 3 further comprises a suction cup 35 connected to the bottom surface of the body 31. The suction cup 35 and the body 31 can be integrally injection molded or can be a split structure, and the suction cup 35 and the body 31 are installed by adhesion or clamping. Since the bottom surface of the body 31 abuts against the placement surface, the suction cup 35 connected to the bottom surface of the body 31 can extrude the air in the suction cup 35 under the extrusion force, so that the suction cup 35 is adsorbed to the placement surface, and then the body 31 is fixed to the placement surface, and then the ground foot 11 connected to the body 31 is fixed to the placement surface, and finally the washing machine 1 is fixed to the placement surface, the stability of the washing machine 1 is improved, the vibration is reduced, the displacement of the washing machine 1 is avoided, and the toppling is further prevented. Alternatively, a plurality of suction cups 35 are provided, which are uniformly arranged on the bottom surface of the body 31, so as to ensure that each position of the bottom surface of the body 31 is adsorbed and fixed to the placement surface, the adsorption effect is enhanced, the stability of the washing machine 1 is improved, and the toppling is further prevented. In addition, only one suction cup 35 can be provided, which is arranged at the center of the bottom surface of the body 31. The size of the suction cup 35 can be set to be large enough to provide sufficient adsorption force. When the size of the suction cup 35 is set to be large, an air exhaust hole allowing one-way air flow can be provided on the suction cup 35, so that the air in the suction cup 35 can be exhausted through the air exhaust hole when the suction cup 35 is extruded, but the air outside the suction cup 35 cannot enter the suction cup 35, so as to achieve good adsorption effect.

[0042] Alternatively, the depth of the first mounting groove 32 is less than or equal to the height of the support structure. The part between the top surface of the first mounting groove 32 and the top surface of the body 31 is the extrusion part 34, and the thickness of the extrusion part 34 is greater than the distance between the bottom surface of the reinforcing member and the top surface of the support structure. The depth of the first mounting groove 32 is less than or equal to the height of the support structure, so that the bottom surface of the support structure is flush with the bottom surface of the body 31, or the bottom surface of the support structure protrudes outwardly from the bottom surface of the body 31, ensuring that the bottom surface of the ground foot 11 abuts against the placement surface. When the body 31 is subjected to the gravity of the washing machine 1 or other downward force, the body 31 deforms, so that the bottom surface of the body 31 can also abut against the placement surface. Since the thickness of the extrusion part 34 is greater than the distance between the mounting surface and the top surface of the support structure, the extrusion part 34 is always subjected to the downward extrusion of the gravity of the washing machine 1. After the extrusion part 34 is extruded and deformed, the extrusion part 34 abuts against the placement surface, so that the bottom surface of the body 31 always abuts against the placement surface.

[0043] It should be noted that the anti-toppling device 3 of the present application can be applied to the washing machine 1 on which the clothes dryer 2 or other equipment is stacked above, can be applied to the multi-cylinder washing machine 1 with high height, can also be applied to the clothes dryer 2, or can be applied to the washing-drying integrated machine, clothes processing machine and other to-be-placed equipment, especially the equipment with high overall height and thin thickness; in addition, the reinforcing member can be a reinforcing plate connected to the bottom wall of the cabinet of the washing machine 1, or can be a reinforcing block installed on the four corners of the bottom wall of the cabinet of the washing machine 1, the bottom surface of the reinforcing member is the mounting surface of the foot 11, and the reinforcing member can increase the connection strength of the foot 11 and the washing machine 1, and can also stably transmit the extrusion of the washing machine 1 to the extrusion part 34, so as to avoid the deformation of the bottom wall of the cabinet of the washing machine 1 due to extrusion, and also avoid affecting the damping and noise reduction effect of the foot 11; the foot 11 can be directly connected to the bottom wall of the cabinet of the washing machine 1, and when the foot 11 is connected to the bottom wall of the cabinet of the washing machine 1, the bottom surface of the bottom wall is the mounting surface of the foot 11, which is not specifically limited here, as long as the thickness of the extrusion part 34 is greater than the distance between the mounting surface of the foot 11 and the top surface of the supporting structure.

[0044] Those skilled in the art can understand that, although the above describes that the first mounting slot 32 and the second mounting slot 33 are both opened on the side surface of the body 31, this is not a limitation, and the first mounting slot 32 and the second mounting slot 33 can also not be opened on the side surface of the body 31, and when the anti-toppling device 3 is installed, the foot 11 is first disassembled, the connecting rod of the foot 11 is then passed through the second mounting slot 33 from the bottom surface of the body 31 upward, and then connected with the reinforcing member, at this time the supporting structure is located in the first mounting slot 32, as long as the body 31 can be connected with the foot 11 of the washing machine 1, and the bottom surface of the body 31 and the bottom surface of the foot 11 are both abutted with the placement surface, which can. Figures 1-3 In addition, although the above describes that the anti-toppling device 3 includes the suction cup 35 connected to the bottom surface of the body 31, this is not a limitation, and the anti-toppling device 3 can also not include the suction cup, and the elastic deformation of the body 31 can increase the friction between the body 31 and the placement surface in contact therewith, so as to improve the stability of the washing machine 1, and further prevent the overall washing machine 1 and the clothes dryer 2 above from toppling; those skilled in the art can make adjustments according to needs, which do not deviate from the principles of the present application, and are all within the protection scope of the present application.

[0045] Figures 1-3 Furthermore, although the above describes that the anti-toppling device 3 includes the suction cup 35 connected to the bottom surface of the body 31, this is not a limitation, and the anti-toppling device 3 can also not include the suction cup, and the elastic deformation of the body 31 can increase the friction between the body 31 and the placement surface in contact therewith, so as to improve the stability of the washing machine 1, and further prevent the overall washing machine 1 and the clothes dryer 2 above from toppling; those skilled in the art can make adjustments according to needs, which do not deviate from the principles of the present application, and are all within the protection scope of the present application.

[0046] Moreover, although the above describes that the anti-toppling device 3 includes the suction cup 35 connected to the bottom surface of the body 31, this is not a limitation, and the anti-toppling device 3 can also not include the suction cup, and the elastic deformation of the body 31 can increase the friction between the body 31 and the placement surface in contact therewith, so as to improve the stability of the washing machine 1, and further prevent the overall washing machine 1 and the clothes dryer 2 above from toppling; those skilled in the art can make adjustments according to needs, which do not deviate from the principles of the present application, and are all within the protection scope of the present application. Figures 1-3 The description states that each foot 11 is connected to an anti-tipping device 3, but this is not limiting. When multiple feet 11 are provided at each corner of the bottom of the washing machine 1, at least one anti-tipping device 3 is connected to at least one foot 11 at each corner, and the number of anti-tipping devices 3 at each corner is the same. In addition, a single anti-tipping device 3 can also be connected to multiple feet 11. Correspondingly, the body 31 is provided with multiple first mounting slots 32 and multiple second mounting slots 33.
