Abstract
Description
TECHNICAL FIELD
[0001] The present application relates to the technical field of clothes processing equipment, and particularly provides a toppling prevention device and clothes processing equipment. BACKGROUND
[0002] The balance of a washing machine is an important issue when the washing machine is installed. If the balance of the washing machine is not adjusted well when the washing machine is placed on the ground or other placement surface, large vibration and noise may occur during use, and if the unbalanced load is too large, the whole machine may be severely displaced, resulting in safety hazards such as broken power lines, toppling, collision, and water leakage. The existing washing machine is usually provided with a foot on each corner of the bottom. The connecting rod of the foot is vertically movably connected with the bottom plate. The support structure of the foot is placed on the ground or other placement surface. By adjusting the relative position of the connecting rod and the bottom plate, the height of the four corners of the washing machine is adjusted, so that the washing machine reaches a horizontal balance state, and at the same time, the support structures of the feet are all in abutment with the ground or other placement surface, achieving the effect of vibration reduction and noise reduction.
[0003] With the advancement of technology and the improvement of living standards, people have more and more demands for clothes processing. In addition to washing clothes, clothes need to be dried. In order to facilitate operation, a washing machine and a clothes dryer are usually stacked together. After the washing machine and the clothes dryer are stacked, the overall height is high, which raises the center of gravity and reduces the stability, especially for thin models, which are prone to toppling. For a washing machine that has been leveled or a washing machine that has been produced, it is not possible to effectively prevent toppling without affecting the existing vibration reduction and noise reduction effect. SUMMARY
[0004] The present application aims to solve the above technical problems, i.e., to solve the problem that the existing washing machine cannot effectively prevent toppling without affecting the vibration reduction and noise reduction effect.
[0005] In a first aspect, the present application provides a toppling prevention device, which comprises a body connected with a foot on a first side of a to-be-placed device, a first side surface of the body extending outwards of the first side of the to-be-placed device, and the toppling prevention device being configured to enable the bottom surface of the body and the bottom surface of the foot to be in abutment with a placement surface.
[0006] In the technical scheme, when the to-be-placed device is installed on the placement surface, the first side of the to-be-placed device is more likely to be tilted and the harm caused by the tilting is greater, the body is connected with the foot of the first side of the to-be-placed device, and the first side of the body extends to the outside of the first side of the to-be-placed device, so that the fulcrum of the to-be-placed device on the first side is away from the to-be-placed device, and the to-be-placed device is effectively prevented from being tilted on the first side. In addition, the bottom surface of the body and the bottom surface of the foot are in abutment with the placement surface, so that the to-be-placed device is leveled and damped by the foot, and the anti-tilting device is in abutment with the placement surface to prevent tilting. In addition, the body is connected with the foot, and no other structure needs to be added to the to-be-placed device, so that the center of gravity of the to-be-placed device is not affected, and the damping effect of the to-be-placed device is not affected, and the to-be-placed device is effectively prevented from being tilted without affecting the damping and noise reduction effect of the to-be-placed device.
[0007] In the specific embodiment of the anti-tilting device, the body is provided with a first mounting groove and a second mounting groove, the first mounting groove is arranged at the bottom of the body, the second mounting groove is arranged at the top of the body, the first mounting groove is in communication with the second mounting groove, and the support structure of the foot is arranged in the first mounting groove, and the connecting rod of the foot is arranged in the second mounting groove.
[0008] In the technical scheme, the foot is arranged in the first mounting groove and the second mounting groove of the body, the body is connected with the foot, and the contact area between the foot and the placement surface is increased, so that the friction is increased and the stability of the to-be-placed device is improved, and the tilting is effectively prevented.
[0009] In the specific embodiment of the anti-tilting device, the body is an elastic member.
[0010] In the technical scheme, the elastic member can increase the friction between the elastic member and the placement surface in contact with the elastic member after being pressed, and the elastic member can also absorb vibration, so that the stability of the to-be-placed device is further improved and the tilting is effectively prevented.
[0011] In the specific embodiment of the anti-tilting device, the depth of the first mounting groove is less than or equal to the height of the support structure, the part between the top surface of the first mounting groove and the top surface of the body is a pressing part, and the thickness of the pressing part is greater than the distance between the mounting surface of the to-be-placed device on which the foot is mounted and the top surface of the support structure.
[0012] When the above technical solution is adopted, the depth of the first mounting groove is less than or equal to the height of the support structure, so that the bottom surface of the support structure is flush with the bottom surface of the body, or the bottom surface of the support structure extends beyond the bottom surface of the body, ensuring that the bottom surface of the foot abuts against the placement surface. When the body is subjected to the gravity of the device to be placed or other downward forces, the body deforms, so that the bottom surface of the body can also abut against the placement surface. Since the thickness of the extrusion part is greater than the distance between the mounting surface and the top surface of the support structure, the extrusion part is always subjected to the downward extrusion action of the gravity of the device to be placed. After the extrusion part is extruded and deformed, it abuts against the placement surface, thus realizing that the bottom surface of the body always abuts against the placement surface.
[0013] In the specific embodiment of the above-mentioned anti-tipping device, both the first mounting groove and the second mounting groove are open on the second side of the main body, and the second side and the first side are two opposite sides of the main body.
[0014] When using the above technical solution, when installing the anti-tipping device, the opening is aligned with the foot, allowing the foot to enter the first and second mounting slots through the opening. This facilitates the installation of the anti-tipping device, especially when the washing machine is placed on the surface by the foot before installing the anti-tipping device. There is no need to lift the washing machine or remove the foot; the anti-tipping device can be installed directly.
[0015] In a specific embodiment of the above-mentioned anti-tipping device, the anti-tipping device further includes a movable structure, which is movably connected to the main body. The bottom surface of the movable structure is flush with the bottom surface of the main body, and the movable structure is configured to be able to move to the outside of the first side of the main body.
[0016] By adopting the above technical solution, the position of the fulcrum on the first side of the device to be placed can be adjusted by moving the fulcrum away from or close to the device to be placed, thus making it applicable to devices of different thicknesses and heights, and also allowing for adjustments according to different usage requirements.
[0017] In a specific embodiment of the above-mentioned anti-tipping device, the main body is connected to at least two feet on the first side of the device to be placed.
[0018] By adopting the above technical solution, the contact area between the main body and the placement surface is increased by connecting the main body to at least two feet, which further improves the anti-tipping effect.
[0019] In a specific embodiment of the above-mentioned anti-tipping device, the anti-tipping device further includes a suction cup, which is connected to the bottom surface of the main body.
[0020] When the above technical solution is adopted, since the bottom surface of the main body is in contact with the placement surface, the suction cup connected to the bottom surface of the main body can squeeze out the air in the suction cup under the action of the squeezing force, so that the suction cup is adsorbed on the placement surface, thereby fixing the main body on the placement surface, and then fixing the foot connected to the main body on the placement surface. In the end, the device to be placed is fixed on the placement surface, which improves the stability of the device to be placed, reduces vibration, avoids displacement of the device to be placed, and further prevents tipping.
[0021] In a second aspect, the present invention also provides a garment processing device, the garment processing device including the anti-tipping device.
[0022] With the above technical solution, the garment processing equipment can effectively prevent tipping without affecting its vibration reduction and noise reduction effect through the anti-tipping device.
[0023] In a specific embodiment of the above-mentioned clothing processing equipment, the clothing processing equipment includes a washing machine and a dryer. The dryer is located above the washing machine. The four corners of the bottom of the washing machine are provided with reinforcing members. The feet are connected to the reinforcing members. The first side of the device to be placed is the front side of the washing machine.
[0024] When the above technical solution is adopted, since the back of the washing machine is usually placed against the wall, it is more likely to tip over to the front, and the damage caused by tipping over is also greater. Therefore, by connecting the anti-tipping device to the front foot and extending it outwards, it is possible to effectively prevent the entire equipment from tipping over when the washing machine and dryer are stacked.
[0025] Compared with the prior art, the advantages of the anti-tipping device provided by the present invention are as follows: When installing the device to be placed on the placement surface, since the device to be placed is more likely to tip over to the first side and / or the damage caused is greater, connecting the main body to the foot on the first side of the device to be placed, and extending the first side of the main body beyond the first side of the device to be placed, can move the fulcrum of the device to be placed away from the device to be placed, effectively preventing the device to be placed from tipping over to the first side. In addition, since the bottom surface of the main body and the bottom surface of the foot are both in contact with the placement surface, while the foot is used to level and reduce vibration of the device to be placed, the anti-tipping device can also be in contact with the placement surface to prevent tipping. Furthermore, since the main body is connected to the foot, there is no need to add other structures to the device to be placed, and it will not affect the center of gravity of the device to be placed, nor will it affect its vibration reduction effect. It achieves effective prevention of tipping without affecting the vibration reduction and noise reduction effect of the device to be placed. Attached Figure Description

[0034] Furthermore, it should be noted that in the description of this invention, ordinal numbers such as "first," "second," etc., are used for descriptive purposes only and should not be construed as indicating or implying relative importance or implicitly specifying the number of indicated technical features. Moreover, in the description of this invention, unless otherwise explicitly specified and limited, the terms "installation," "connection," and "linking" should be interpreted broadly. For example, they can refer to a fixed connection, a detachable connection, or an integral connection; they can refer to a mechanical connection or an electrical connection; they can refer to a direct connection or an indirect connection through an intermediate medium; and they can also refer to the internal connection of two components. Those skilled in the art can understand the specific meaning of the above terms in this invention according to the specific circumstances.
[0035] As indicated in the background technology, existing washing machines cannot effectively prevent tipping without affecting vibration reduction and noise reduction. The aim of this invention is to address this issue by installing an anti-tipping device. When a device is installed on a surface, the likelihood of it tipping to one side and / or the potential for damage is high. Therefore, the main body is connected to the feet on the first side of the device, with the first side of the main body extending beyond the first side of the device. This effectively prevents the device from tipping to one side by moving its support point away from the device. Furthermore, since the bottom surfaces of both the main body and the feet are in contact with the surface, the feet level and reduce vibration while the anti-tipping device further prevents tipping. Because the main body is connected to the feet, no additional structures are needed on the device, thus avoiding any impact on its center of gravity or vibration reduction effect. This achieves effective tipping prevention without compromising the vibration reduction and noise reduction performance of the device.
[0036] First refer to Figure 1 , Figure 1 The overall structure of the garment processing device of the present invention is shown. For example... Figure 1 As shown, the clothing processing device of the present invention includes a washing machine 1, a dryer 2, and an anti-tipping device 3. The dryer 2 is located above the washing machine 1. The bottom of the washing machine 1 has four reinforcing members at its four corners. Foot 11 is connected to the reinforcing members. There are at least four foot 11s. At least one foot 11 is provided at each corner of the bottom of the washing machine 1. Each foot 11 includes a connecting rod and a supporting structure. The connecting rod is vertically movably connected to the reinforcing member. The bottom surface of the supporting structure abuts against the placement surface. By adjusting the relative position of the connecting rod and the reinforcing member of each foot 11, the height of the four corners of the washing machine 1 is adjusted so that the washing machine 1 reaches a horizontal balance. At the same time, the supporting structure of each foot 11 abuts against the placement surface, thereby achieving the effect of vibration reduction and noise reduction. Possibly, the connecting rod may have external threads on its outer circumference, and the reinforcing member may have threaded holes. The connecting rod and the reinforcing member are connected by threads to achieve vertical movable connection between the connecting rod and the reinforcing member. A locking nut is also fitted on the outside of the connecting rod, and locking nuts are provided on the top and bottom surfaces of the reinforcing member to prevent the connecting rod from coming out of the reinforcing member and to prevent the connecting rod from moving up and down relative to the reinforcing member, which would affect the leveling effect.
[0037] It should be noted that the washing machine 1 can be placed on the ground, in which case the placement surface is the ground; the washing machine 1 can also be placed on a support, base, or other device, in which case the placement surface is the top surface of the support, base, or other device; it can also be placed on other placement surfaces. This invention does not make any specific limitations.
[0038] Then refer to Figures 1-3 , Figure 2 The structure of the anti-tipping device of the present invention is shown.Figure 3 This shows the structure of the anti-tipping device of the present invention from another angle. For example... Figures 1-3 As shown, the anti-tipping device 3 includes a body 31, which is connected to two feet 11 on the first side of the washing machine 1. The first side of the body 31 extends beyond the first side of the washing machine 1. The anti-tipping device 3 is configured to ensure that the bottom surface of the body 31 and the bottom surface of the feet 11 are both in contact with the placement surface. The first side of the washing machine 1 is the front side of the washing machine 1. Since the rear side of the washing machine 1 is usually placed against a wall, the possibility of tipping over to the front side is greater, and the damage caused by tipping over is also greater. Therefore, when installing the washing machine 1 on the placement surface, the body 31 is connected to the feet 11 on the first side of the washing machine 1, and the first side of the body 31 extends beyond the first side of the washing machine 1. The first side of the machine 1 can move the fulcrum of the washing machine 1 away from the washing machine 1, effectively preventing the washing machine 1 from tipping over to the first side. In addition, since the bottom surface of the main body 31 and the bottom surface of the foot 11 are both in contact with the placement surface, the foot 11 can level and dampen the washing machine 1 while the anti-tipping device 3 is in contact with the placement surface to prevent tipping. Since the main body 31 is connected to the foot 11, there is no need to add other structures to the washing machine 1, which will not affect the center of gravity of the washing machine 1 or its vibration damping effect. It achieves the goal of effectively preventing tipping without affecting the vibration damping and noise reduction effect of the washing machine 1.
[0039] Specifically, the body 31 is an elastic element, which can be made of elastic materials such as rubber, polyurethane, and vinyl resin. When the elastic element is compressed, it can increase the friction between the elastic element and the surface it contacts. In addition, the elastic element can absorb vibration, further improving the stability of the washing machine 1 and effectively preventing tipping.
[0040] The main body 31 is provided with two first mounting slots 32 and two second mounting slots 33. The first mounting slots 32 are located at the bottom of the main body 31 and have the same shape as the support structure of the foot 11. The second mounting slots 33 are located at the top of the main body 31 and are connected to each other. The support structure of the foot 11 is located in the first mounting slot 32, and the connecting rod of the foot 11 passes through the second mounting slot 33. By installing the foot 11 in the first mounting slots 32 and the second mounting slots 33 of the main body 31, the connection between the main body 31 and the foot 11 is realized, and the contact area between the foot 11 and the placement surface is increased, thereby increasing friction, improving the stability of the washing machine 1, and effectively preventing tipping. The first mounting groove 32 and the second mounting groove 33 are both open on the second side of the main body 31. The second side and the first side are two opposite sides of the main body 31. When installing the anti-tipping device 3, the opening is aligned with the foot 11, so that the foot 11 enters the first mounting groove 32 and the second mounting groove 33 through the opening. This facilitates the installation of the anti-tipping device 3. Especially when the washing machine 1 is placed on the placement surface by the foot 11 before installing the anti-tipping device 3, there is no need to lift the washing machine 1 or remove the foot 11. The anti-tipping device 3 can be installed directly.
[0041] The anti-tipping device 3 also includes a movable structure 36, which is movably connected to the main body 31. The bottom surface of the movable structure 36 is flush with the bottom surface of the main body 31, and the movable structure 36 is configured to move to the outside of the first side of the main body 31. The movable structure 36 allows adjustment of the fulcrum position on the first side of the washing machine 1, moving the fulcrum closer to or further away from the washing machine 1. This adapts to washing machines of different thicknesses and heights and can be adjusted according to different usage needs. Specifically, the main body 31 has a sliding groove with slide rails on both sides. The movable structure 36 has sliders on both sides, which are movably connected to the slide rails, allowing the movable structure 36 to be movably connected to the main body 31. Alternatively, the slide rails can be located on both sides of the movable structure 36, and the sliders on both sides of the sliding groove, as long as the movable connection to the main body 31 is achieved.
[0042] The anti-tipping device 3 also includes suction cups 35, which are connected to the bottom surface of the main body 31. The suction cups 35 and the main body 31 can be integrally injection molded or are separate structures. The suction cups 35 and the main body 31 are installed by adhesive or snap-fit. Since the bottom surface of the main body 31 abuts against the placement surface, the suction cups 35 connected to the bottom surface of the main body 31 can squeeze out the air inside the suction cups 35 under the action of extrusion force, causing the suction cups 35 to adhere to the placement surface, thereby fixing the main body 31 to the placement surface. This, in turn, fixes the feet 11 connected to the main body 31 to the placement surface, ultimately securing the washing machine 1 to the placement surface, improving the stability of the washing machine 1, reducing vibration, preventing displacement of the washing machine 1, and further preventing tipping. Multiple suction cups 35 are provided, evenly distributed on the bottom surface of the main body 31, ensuring that all positions on the bottom surface of the main body 31 are adhered and fixed to the placement surface, enhancing the adhesion effect, improving the stability of the washing machine 1, and further preventing tipping.
[0043] Optionally, the depth of the first mounting groove 32 is less than or equal to the height of the supporting structure; the portion between the top surface of the first mounting groove 32 and the top surface of the body 31 is a pressing portion 34, and the thickness of the pressing portion 34 is greater than the distance between the bottom surface of the reinforcing member and the top surface of the supporting structure. The depth of the first mounting groove 32 is less than or equal to the height of the supporting structure, ensuring that the bottom surface of the supporting structure is flush with the bottom surface of the body 31, or that the bottom surface of the supporting structure extends beyond the bottom surface of the body 31, ensuring that the bottom surface of the foot 11 abuts against the placement surface. When the body 31 is subjected to the gravity of the washing machine 1 or other downward forces, the body 31 deforms, allowing the bottom surface of the body 31 to also abut against the placement surface. Because the thickness of the pressing portion 34 is greater than the distance between the mounting surface and the top surface of the supporting structure, the pressing portion 34 is always subjected to downward pressing by the gravity of the washing machine 1. After being compressed and deformed, the pressing portion 34 abuts against the placement surface, ensuring that the bottom surface of the body 31 always remains in contact with the placement surface.
[0044] It should be noted that the anti-tipping device 3 of the present invention can be applied to a washing machine 1 on which a dryer 2 or other equipment is stacked on top, or to a multi-drum washing machine 1 with a relatively high height, or to a dryer 2, or to other equipment to be placed, such as washer-dryer combos and garment processing machines, especially equipment with a relatively high overall height and thin thickness; in addition, the reinforcing member can be a reinforcing plate connected to the bottom wall of the washing machine 1 casing, or the reinforcing member can be a reinforcing block installed at the four corners of the bottom wall of the washing machine 1 casing. The bottom surface of the reinforcing member is the mounting surface of the mounting feet 11, and the reinforcing member can increase the ground clearance. The strength of the connection between foot 11 and washing machine 1 can also stably transmit the squeezing action of washing machine 1 on squeezing part 34, preventing the bottom wall of washing machine 1 from deforming due to squeezing, and also preventing the vibration reduction and noise reduction effect of foot 11 from being affected. In addition to being connected to the reinforcing member, foot 11 can also be directly connected to the bottom wall of washing machine 1. When foot 11 is connected to the bottom wall of washing machine 1, the bottom surface of the bottom wall of the casing is the mounting surface of foot 11. There is no specific limitation here, as long as the thickness of squeezing part 34 is greater than the distance between the mounting surface of foot 11 and the top surface of the support structure.
[0045] Those skilled in the art will understand that, although the above combination Figures 1-3 The description describes that the main body 31 is connected to two feet 11 on the first side of the washing machine 1, where the first side is the front side of the washing machine 1. However, this is not a limitation; when there are two or more feet 11 on the first side of the washing machine 1, the main body 31 can be connected to two or more feet 11 on the first side of the washing machine 1. Correspondingly, the number of first mounting slots 32 and second mounting slots 33 is the same as the number of connected feet 11. The main body 31 can also be connected to one foot 11 on the first side of the washing machine 1, as long as it extends beyond the first side of the washing machine 1. When the main body 31 is connected to one foot 11, it can... Multiple anti-tipping devices 3 are installed and connected to the footplates 11 respectively to prevent tipping on the first side. In addition, the first side can also be the left, right or rear side of the washing machine 1, as long as it is the side where the washing machine 1 is more likely to tip over and / or where the damage is greater. Furthermore, the washing machine 1 may have anti-tipping devices 3 connected to only one footplate 11, or it may have anti-tipping devices 3 connected to multiple footplates 11 to achieve multiple lateral anti-tipping measures. All the above adjustments do not deviate from the principle of the present invention and are within the protection scope of the present invention. Those skilled in the art can make adjustments as needed.
[0046] Those skilled in the art will understand that, although the above combination Figures 1-3The description states that both the first mounting groove 32 and the second mounting groove 33 are open on the side of the main body 31. However, this is not a limitation. The first mounting groove 32 and the second mounting groove 33 may not be open on the side of the main body 31. When installing the anti-tipping device 3, the foot 11 is first removed, and then the connecting rod of the foot 11 is passed from the bottom surface of the main body 31 upward through the second mounting groove 33 and then connected to the reinforcing member. At this time, the support structure is located in the first mounting groove 32. As long as the main body 31 can be connected to the foot 11 of the washing machine 1 and the bottom surface of the main body 31 and the bottom surface of the foot 11 are both in contact with the placement surface, it is acceptable. Those skilled in the art can make adjustments as needed, which do not deviate from the principle of the present invention and are all within the protection scope of the present invention.
[0047] Furthermore, although the above combination Figures 1-3 The description states that the anti-tipping device 3 includes a suction cup 35 connected to the bottom surface of the body 31. However, this is not a limitation; the anti-tipping device 3 may also exclude the suction cup. The elastic deformation of the body 31 increases the friction between the body 31 and the surface it contacts, thereby improving the stability of the washing machine 1 and preventing the washing machine 1 and the dryer 2 on top of it from tipping over. Those skilled in the art can make adjustments as needed, without departing from the principle of the present invention, and all such adjustments fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
[0048] It should be noted that the above embodiments are merely used to illustrate the principles of the present invention and are not intended to limit the scope of protection of the present invention. Without departing from the principles of the present invention, those skilled in the art can adjust the above embodiments so that the present invention can be applied to more specific application scenarios.
[0049] The technical solution of the present invention has been described above with reference to the preferred embodiments shown in the accompanying drawings. However, it will be readily understood by those skilled in the art that the scope of protection of the present invention is obviously not limited to these specific embodiments. Without departing from the principles of the present invention, those skilled in the art can make equivalent changes or substitutions to the relevant technical features, and the technical solutions after such changes or substitutions will all fall within the scope of protection of the present invention.
