[0001] This invention relates to the field of information management systems. More particularly, it relates to a system for allocating mobile numbers to specific user categories through a nationally specific central portal / platform / institution, for the allocation and management of mobile numbers, and for operation and management through computerized management tools or platforms. [0003] In today's world, one of the most important modes of communication is the mobile phone. Mobile phones operate using a SIM card with a mobile number to access communication networks and related functions. The SIM card with the mobile number connects to the service provider's network, enabling mobile phone users to connect with other users.

[0115] Section 6: Mobile Service Provider (MSP) Listing System: The system provides a list of MSPs registered as mobile network service providers in their respective countries, so that the MNU can obtain relevant information about all MSPs on a single platform.

B. A category-specific mobile numbering system, wherein the first digit of the MNU's mobile number indicates the user category. For example: • Banking and Finance category users: 1 • Government category users: 2 Insurance category users: 3 • Travel and Transportation category users: 4 Business Category—Registered: 5 Business Category—Unregistered: 6 • Individual Category: 7 Marketing Category: 8 Foreign Traveller Category: 9 C. A system in which a central portal / organization links a user-specific pre-assigned mobile number to a SIM card by designating an MSP (Mobile Network Service Provider / Operator).
