A System and Method for Identifying Potential Hazards in Power Equipment Based on Multi-Source Heterogeneous Data Collaboration

Abstract

This invention discloses a system and method for identifying potential hazards in power equipment based on multi-source heterogeneous data collaboration. The system includes the following modules: a data acquisition module for acquiring infrared thermal imaging data, vibration data, partial discharge data, environmental parameters, and telemetry data; a data preprocessing module for data cleaning, standardization, fusion preprocessing, and historical data storage; a multi-source data collaborative analysis module for accurate identification of power equipment anomalies based on fused data; an intelligent early warning and trend prediction module for classifying defect levels, using an LSTM model to predict future temperature rise trends, and generating differentiated maintenance suggestions; and an alarm and reporting module for real-time alarm information push and generating multi-dimensional periodic reports. This invention can effectively improve the ability to identify potential hazards in the operation and maintenance of power equipment.
