Breathing training method and related apparatus

Abstract

The embodiment of the present application provides a breathing training method and related equipment, which can provide tactile feedback when a user performs breathing training, so that the user can focus on breathing itself, and provides an immersive breathing training experience for the user. Moreover, the embodiment of the present application can complete the measurement of physiological parameters such as blood pressure during the breathing training process, and feed back the breathing training effect. Wherein, the tactile feedback can be generated based on the air bag on the wearable device, and the pressure in the air bag can be changed through inflation and deflation, so as to generate tactile stimulation. In addition to providing tactile feedback, the air bag on the wearable device can also be used for blood pressure measurement. In this way, the embodiment of the present application can realize the two-in-one of tactile feedback and blood pressure measurement based on the air bag on the wearable device, save the design cost, and avoid additional hardware requirements.
