A multifunctional incremental forming device and a forming method

Abstract

This invention relates to the field of multifunctional progressive forming technology and discloses a multifunctional progressive forming device and forming method, including an installation mechanism fixedly disposed in the mold loading area; a clamping mechanism slidably disposed on the inner wall of the installation mechanism; and a telescopic mechanism fixedly disposed on the outer wall of the clamping mechanism. A four-axis horizontal machine tool with a CNC system, servo motors in the X, Y, Z, and A directions, lead screws, and machine tool spindle enables the four-axis horizontal machine tool to perform three-degree-of-freedom motion, while a six-axis high-degree-of-freedom robot with servo motors in the A1, A2, A3, A4, A5, and A6 directions enables the robot's end effector to perform rotational and translational motion in six directions. This device integrates multiple progressive forming processes, improves processing efficiency, reduces the complexity of multiple devices for multiple processes, and further expands the application range of progressive forming.
