cement replacement rate is 80%, the cost is reduced by 32% or above, the consumption of industrial solid waste per
ton is larger than or equal to 0.85
ton, cooperation of industrial solid
waste recycling and safe goaf filling is achieved, and the cementing material is suitable for high-
humidity and complex-
stress working conditions.
