running time are obtained; based on the parameters, the starting state of the vehicle is accurately recognized, and the number of times of starting is counted; then, integrating the starting times, the current gear, the vehicle speed and the low-speed
running time, and intelligently judging whether the vehicle enters a low-speed vehicle moving working condition causing abnormal wear of a
clutch or not; if it is judged that the working condition is entered, a special gear control correction strategy is executed, and the special gear control correction strategy comprises the steps of forcibly setting the starting gear as the lowest gear and increasing the upshift point rotating speed by a preset value so as to
delay upshift. According to the method, bad working conditions such as congestion and bad roads can be recognized in a self-adaptive mode, the sliding friction frequency and sliding friction work of the
clutch are remarkably reduced by optimizing the gear shifting strategy, and therefore the service life of the clutch is effectively prolonged, and the maintenance cost of a vehicle in the whole life cycle is reduced.
