According to the MoSi2 coating erosion rate prediction method based on the particle collision theory, a MoSi2 coating erosion rate prediction model is constructed based on the particle collision theory, and the dynamic damage process of a MoSi2 coating is simulated through a test measurement set obtained by carrying out a particle-containing high-temperature combustion gas flow erosion test. The mass loss of the MoSi2 coating formed under the erosion of the particle-containing high-temperature combustion gas flow is obtained, so that the prediction of the MoSi2 coating erosion rate prediction model is more accurate, and meanwhile, the limitation of a traditional erosion prediction model method on the characterization of a multi-factor coupling effect is broken through; in addition, the dynamic damage process of the MoSi2 coating is visualized by constructing a morphology graph prediction model, and a high-confidence-coefficient theoretical tool is provided for anti-erosion design of the MoSi2 coating.
