pyramid textured structure is formed; and the second texturing is carried out at a relatively low temperature, and the textured surface is finely optimized to form a pagoda-shaped
pyramid structure. Through specific formula combination, temperature step control and a step-by-step
corrosion strategy, the textured structure with excellent light
trapping performance can be stably prepared, a pagoda-shaped
pyramid structure with a better height-
width ratio is achieved, the light
trapping effect is effectively improved, the
reflectivity is reduced, and the light
trapping effect is improved. Therefore, the
photoelectric conversion efficiency, the short-circuit current and the
