Flame-retardant nylon material and preparation method thereof

The invention discloses a flame-retardant nylon material which comprises 50-70 parts of PA (polyamide), 1-5 parts of a toughening agent, 3-5 parts of a P-series flame retardant, 3-5 parts of an N-series flame retardant and 10-20 parts of a modified polysilsesquioxane flame retardant, and the modified polysilsesquioxane flame retardant is prepared from raw materials including silsesquioxane A, a compound B and a catalyst in an alkaline environment. The silsesquioxane A comprises at least one epoxy group D, and the compound B contains a phosphorus element P and a nitrogen element N and at least comprises a halogen end group X. The flame-retardant nylon material provided by the invention is excellent in flame retardant property and dielectric property, has good processability and mechanical property, greatly improves the anti-cracking property and anti-dripping effect of the flame-retardant nylon material, and is safe and environment-friendly.
