Sulfur-containing tryptophan cyclic peptide compound as well as synthesis method and application thereof

The invention relates to a sulfur-containing tryptophan cyclic peptide compound as well as a synthesis method and application thereof. The synthesis method comprises the following steps: carrying out electrolytic reaction on a tryptophan peptide compound with a structure as shown in a formula I or a stereoisomer thereof and a thiosulfonate compound with a structure as shown in a formula II to obtain the sulfur-containing tryptophan cyclic peptide compound with a structure as shown in a formula III or a stereoisomer thereof. The sulfur-containing tryptophan cyclic peptide compound can be obtained by directly electrolyzing the tryptophan peptide compound by adopting an electrochemical method, so that the use of a transition metal catalyst and stoichiometric alkali is avoided, the generation of chemical wastes is avoided, and the realization of atom economy is facilitated. The method has the advantages of simple operation, high product purity, easy purification, high efficiency and yield, low production cost, mild reaction conditions, no need of inert gas protection, greener reaction system, environmental protection, safety, economy, energy saving and environmental protection, and is more conducive to realization of industrial production.

The application discloses a gold leaching method for pyrite-containing gold ore, and comprises the following steps: after the pyrite-containing gold ore is finely ground, water is added to obtain a slurry; a gold leaching reagent solution is added into the slurry to obtain a mixed leaching solution; the pH value of the mixed leaching solution is adjusted to alkaline, and leaching treatment is performed; and after filtration, a gold-containing leaching solution is obtained; the gold leaching reagent solution comprises polyphosphate, copper salt and thiosulfate; in the gold leaching reagent, polyphosphate is added; under alkaline conditions, polyphosphate ions can be selectively adsorbed or complexed on the surface active sites of pyrite to form a physical or chemical masking layer, thereby effectively blocking the direct contact of pyrite with dissolved oxygen and thiosulfate in the solution, inhibiting the catalytic decomposition of pyrite, significantly reducing the invalid consumption of thiosulfate, stabilizing the pH value and potential of the leaching system, and guaranteeing the efficient leaching of gold.

This invention belongs to the field of mineral flotation technology, and discloses a flotation collector for non-ferrous metal sulfide ores, its preparation method, and its application. The collector uses O,O-dialkyldithiophosphate as a starting material, and reacts sequentially with a halocarboxylic acid ester, hydrazine hydrate, potassium hydroxide, and carbon disulfide in anhydrous ethanol in a three-step reaction to obtain the target product, O,O-dialkyldithiophosphate hydrazide-N′-dithiocarbamate potassium. Its molecular structure simultaneously contains three active groups: a dithiophosphate group, an hydrazide group, and a dithiocarbamate group. This invention achieves efficient process connection and smooth transition by optimizing the material ratio, temperature, and time of each reaction step, and has advantages such as mild reaction conditions, simple operation, few side reactions, high yield, and stable product. The prepared collector exhibits excellent collecting performance and good selectivity for non-ferrous metal sulfide ores such as chalcopyrite, and is suitable for widespread application in sulfide ore flotation processes.
