This invention provides a
benzoin grinding device, including a frame, a first
grinding device and a second
grinding device mounted on the frame. A container is mounted on the frame, and the material bin includes a side wall and a bottom wall located on one side of the side wall. A
telescopic cylinder is mounted on a mounting plate, with one output end of the cylinder connected to the side wall. The bottom wall is fixed to one side of the feed
pipe by a bracket. By setting up the frame, the first grinding device and the second grinding device are respectively located on the upper and lower sides of the container. When the bottom wall approaches and blocks the feed port of the side wall, the
benzoin is beaten by the grinding head to facilitate the separation of
bark fibers from the resin block. Then, the side wall is moved by the
telescopic cylinder, moving the feed port away from the bottom wall. Simultaneously, a filter screen on one side of the bottom wall can separate the
bark fibers, allowing the resin block material to move through the feed port to the grinding bin for secondary grinding to obtain
benzoin powder, thus improving grinding efficiency.
