The amount of terminal hydroxyl groups in the polybutylene terephthalate resin is 30-70 mmol / kg relative to the total amount of the polybutylene terephthalate resin and the recycled polyethylene terephthalate resin. The amount of the carbodiimide compound is 0.2-1.5 mass% relative to the total amount of the polyester resin composition. The amount of the elastomer is 3-15 mass% relative to the total amount of the polyester resin composition.
