Method for extracting high-concentration coal chemical phenolic wastewater by adopting 5-methyl-2-hexanone

The invention belongs to the field of wastewater treatment, and particularly relates to a method for extracting high-concentration coal chemical phenolic wastewater by adopting 5-methyl-2-hexanone. The method comprises the following steps: acidizing the high-concentration coal chemical phenolic wastewater, and then adding 5-methyl-2-hexanone into the acidized wastewater for extraction. Experimental results show that the distribution coefficients D of the MIAK to phenol, o-cresol, m-cresol and p-cresol are not lower than 74, 74, 76 and 82 respectively, the single-stage extraction rate exceeds 97%, and the total removal rate after two-stage countercurrent extraction can reach 99.9%. The method is carried out at normal temperature and normal pressure, the extracting agent can be recycled for more than 10 times through reduced pressure distillation, and the method has the advantages of simplicity and convenience in operation, low energy consumption, rapidness in phase splitting, no secondary pollution and the like. Compared with an existing phenol-containing wastewater treatment technology, efficient removal and resource recycling of high-concentration phenolic substances are achieved, and the method is suitable for deep treatment and recycling of wastewater in the coal chemical industry and other industries.

This solves the problems of antioxidant properties in low-temperature solder paste water washing systems, corrosion of copper by solder paste residue, and soldering ability and operation performance not meeting normal repetitive operation cycles.

The promoter is selected from one or more of ZrO₂, HfO₂, ZnO, Cr₂O₃, CeO₂, and MgO, and the amount of the promoter metal is 0.01 to 100 times the molar amount of indium. This invention also discloses the application of this catalyst in the reaction of carbon dioxide hydrogenation coupled with phenol methylation to prepare o-cresol and 2,6-dimethylphenol. Compared with traditional catalytic methods, the catalyst of this invention has low energy consumption, long service life, and can highly selectively convert phenol to o-cresol and 2,6-dimethylphenol with almost no byproduct formation.
