Reducing blocking and ringing artifacts in low-bit-rate coding

A technique to reduce blocking and ringing artifacts in low bit-rate block-based video coding is applied to each reconstructed frame output from the decoder. For each pixel block of a reconstructed frame, its DC value and DC values of the surrounding eight neighbor blocks are exploited to predict AC coefficients which might be lost in the quantization stage in the encoding process. The predicted AC coefficients are used to classify each reconstructed block as either a low-activity or a high-activity block. Low-pass filtering is then adaptively applied according to the classification of the block. Strong low-pass filtering is applied in low-activity blocks where the blocking artifacts are most noticeable, whereas weak low-pass filtering is applied in high-activity blocks where ringing noise as well as blocking artifacts may exist. The adaptive filtering reduces ringing noise as well as blocking artifacts without introducing undesired blur. In low activity blocks, the blocking artifacts are reduced by one dimensional horizontal and vertical low-pass filters which are selectively applied in either the horizontal and / or vertical direction depending on the locations and absolute values of the predicted AC coefficients. In high activity blocks, de-blocking and de-ringing is conducted by a single filter, applied horizontally and / or vertically, which makes the architecture simple.

The present invention relates to a lithium-ion battery anode or cathode pole piece and a spreading method of the anode pole piece or the cathode pole piece, wherein, the anode pole piece and the cathode pole piece consists of a foil, a conducting adhesive thin layer and an electrode active material layer in turn; the thickness of the conducting adhesive thin layer is five to ten microns. The electrode pole piece is made in the procedures that a layer of conducting adhesive thin layer in the thickness of five to ten microns are pre-coated on the surface of the foil before the sizing agent is spread, so that a conducting adhesive thin layer having good adhesive force, good conductivity and compact structure is formed on the surface of the foil. Then the electrode active material sizing agent is spread on the conducting adhesive thin layer, and is dried under an appropriate temperature to produce a required pole piece. The present invention can reduce the surface of the foil, and can improve the wetting quality of the sizing agent, thereby improving the adhesion performance of the anode material and the collecting body (aluminum foil) so as to reduce the powder-dropping of the battery during the cycling process, and to prolong the cycling service life of the battery; moreover, the present invention can reduce the content of the adhesive agent in the sizing agent, and improve the utilization rate of the active substance, and the method of the present invention does not produce negative influence on the performance of the battery.

The present invention discloses a natural fruit and vegetable ferment beverage, and a preparation method thereof. According to the ferment beverage of the present invention, the stepwise fermentation is adopted for the freshly-squeezed fruit and vegetable juice by using the lactic acid bacteria and the yeast; the marine fish skin collagen peptide is added to promote the growth and the metabolism of fermentation bacteria, such that metabolic products of nutritional ingredients in the natural fruits and vegetables are rich so as to provide a beneficial nutrition and health effect.

The invention discloses a catalyst for preparing aromatic hydrocarbon through methanol conversion. The catalyst comprises a component A and components B, wherein the mass ratio of component A to components B is 0.25-4; the component A is a modified zeolite molecular sieve and comprises 80-99wt% of molecular sieves and 1-20wt% of molecular sieve modifiers; the components B are oxide loaded metallic elements and halogen and comprise 85-95wt% of oxide, 0.5-10wt% of total metallic elements and 0.1-5wt% of halogen; and the component A and the components B are formed through squashing or extruding after being mixed uniformly. The catalyst has the following characteristics that: (1) the total recovery of benzene, toluene and xylene is higher and selectivity is high; (2) the raw material treatment capacity is large; (3) the non-aromatic hydrocarbon liquid product can serve as the solvent oil or gasoline component; (4) C4 hydrocarbon and non-aromatic hydrocarbon liquid phase products in the gas phase product can circularly enter into the catalyst bed layer, thus not only balancing the reaction heat but also improving the total recovery of the aromatic hydrocarbon; and (5) the catalyst has high activity and long life.
