The invention discloses a preparation method and application of a high-valence
nickel monatomic catalyst, through the synergistic effect of
nickel-
phenanthroline complexing and
inert template anchoring, dense and stable anchoring sites are provided for
nickel atoms, atom migration and agglomeration in the high-temperature
pyrolysis process are effectively inhibited, and the high-valence nickel monatomic catalyst is prepared. Meanwhile, by combining with an air-
inert atmosphere two-step
calcination procedure, air pre-oxidation is carried out, and a nickel precursor is stabilized in a carrier framework to prevent the nickel precursor from being reduced into a
metal state in subsequent high-temperature
inert calcination, so that the nickel precursor is locked in an
electron-deficient high valence state, and a nickel-loaded material with the nickel loading capacity of 2.9-9.2 wt% and the nickel loading capacity of 9.2-9.2 wt% is prepared. And the nickel element stably exists mainly in the form of Ni < 3 + > or a higher-valence monatomic form, so that the three-in-one breakthrough of
high load, high valence and high stability is realized. When the obtained catalyst activates
persulfate, high-valence
metal oxygen species are preferentially generated, various new pollutants are degraded, and the catalyst has
high activity, selectivity and high stability.
