The invention relates to a NOx emission level monitoring method and device for an electronic-control diesel engine EGR (exhaust gas recirculation) system. The monitoring method comprises the steps of setting EGR valve position sensor, other sensors, an EGR valve, an engine management module, an EGR opening conversion module, an EGR valve blocking state recognition state and an NOx emission level monitoring module device, and presetting a voltage of the ERG valve position sensor corresponding to the opening of 0% and opening valve values I, II, III and IV; detecting control signals and target opening of the EGR valve by the engine management module; obtaining actually-detected opening corresponding to the position sensor by the calculus of interpolation of the EGR valve blocking state recognition module; judging the blocking state of the ERG valve by the ERG blocking state recognition module according to the actually-detected opening and the target opening; and judging a NOx emission level by the NOx emission level monitoring module according to the actual-detected opening and the blocking state of the EGR valve by adopting a hysteresis algorithm. The method and the device directlyadopt the EGR valve position sensor as a NOx emission level signal source without the need of a NOx senosr, thus saving the cost.

EOG (Electrooculography)-based ERG (Electroretinography) signal acquisition and processing system and method

The invention discloses an EOG (Electrooculography)-based ERG (Electroretinography) signal acquisition and processing system and method. The system comprises a control unit, a retinal stimulator unit, an ERG signal acquisition unit and an ERG signal processing unit. The method comprises the following steps: adjusting illumination and flash rate of a stimulation light source; arranging three skin electrodes on the forehead just above eyes of a subject, on the inner sides of the eyes and the bridge of a nose and at eyelids respectively; performing dark adaptation for more than 20 minutes; aligning the eyes of the subject to the stimulation light source; acquiring an EOG signal; performing light stimulation on the eyes of the subject, synchronously acquiring the ERG signals on the inner sides of the eyes and the bridge of the nose and at the eyelids of the subject respectively, and storing after signal conditioning and AD (Analog-Digital) conversion; reading the ERG signals by an ERG signal processing and analysis unit and processing and analyzing the ERG signal. The ERG signals are acquired by using the external skin electrodes, so that the acquisition is more convenient and safer, and the cost is lower; for signal processing, the adopted method is small in operation and high in feasibility and can realize rapid signal processing.

The invention discloses an EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation) mixer of a dual-gas pickup structure. The ERG mixer is characterized by comprising a mixer housing and a mixer core, wherein a first exhaust gas inlet and a second exhaust gas inlet are formed in the sidewalls of the mixer housing, the mixer core is fixedly mounted in the mixer housing, a cavity is formed between the mixer core and the mixer housing and communicated with the first exhaust gas inlet and the second exhaust gas inlet, the mixer core is a venturi tube, a plurality of deflector holes are formed in the throat opening of the venturi tube so that the exhaust gas is capable of going into the mixer core, a fresh air inlet is formed at one end of the mixer core, and the exhaust gas is mixed with the fresh air in the mixer core and then the mixed gas is output via an outlet at the other end of the mixer core to supply gas to an engine. The ERG mixer of the dual-gas pickup structure is characterized in that two independent exhaust gas inlets are provided to realize dual-gas pickup and also can be applied for a sectional exhaust pipe to pick up gas independently, the venturi tube type mixer core is used for improving the mixing effect and effectively solving the problem that the EGR rate cannot be increased when gas is exhausted at a low speed.
