The invention discloses an SLO, SS-OCT and
ERG synchronous
ophthalmology multimodal imaging system, and belongs to the field of
medical imaging equipment. The
system comprises an SLO module, an SS-OCT module, an
ERG module, an FPGA main control board and an
image processing unit. The FPGA main control board generates a unified hardware
clock and a global synchronous trigger
signal, controls the three modules to work synchronously based on the same time reference, and adds a unified
timestamp to all collected data. And the
image processing unit realizes
spatial positioning of SS-OCT fault data in an SLO image coordinate
system and
time sequence alignment of an
ERG electrophysiological
signal and an SS-OCT scanning position on the basis of the
timestamp and a
coordinate mapping relation between the SLO and the SS-OCT. According to the method, through hardware-level synchronization and accurate registration, the problem of space-time non-uniformity of multi-
modal data is solved, point-to-point fusion of
retina structure and function information is realized, and the early diagnosis and evaluation capability of ophthalmic diseases is remarkably improved.
