The invention discloses a dynamic dimming method of an aircraft
rhythm lighting system for adjusting
human body time difference. In a cross-time-zone flight scene, the
airplane dimming
control system drives and controls the LED lighting equipment to be adjusted to a lighting state suitable for helping cross-time-zone
rhythm adjustment of a
human body according to ambient light feature information,
flight time and
time zone information and the internal integrated
rhythm lighting dimming method. The rhythm illumination dimming
algorithm comprises the following steps: dividing a
flight process into N time periods according to take-off and landing
time zone information of an aircraft, reasonably controlling an illumination
system in a passenger cabin of the aircraft, adjusting the dynamic change of illumination intensity and light color according to rules in each time period, and helping passengers to gradually adjust the self
circadian rhythm period to be synchronous with a destination solar
clock, therefore, the trouble caused by
time difference is reduced. The method is mainly used for adjusting the lighting environment in the passenger cabin of the aircraft during cross-time-zone long-endurance flight, and helping the
human body adjust the
circadian rhythm to
resist the
time difference syndrome.
