According to the invention, illite is taken as a carrier, soluble saccharide is taken as a carbon source and nanocarbon grains are uniformly loaded on the surface of an illite layer, so that the nanocarbon compound adsorbing material taking illite as the carrier is obtained. In the prepared illite loaded nanocarbon compound adsorbing material, the average grain diameter of the nanocarbon grains is 30-50nm, the nanocarbon grains are uniformly and compactly distributed on the surface of the illite layer and the load volume is 30%-70% of the mass of the compound material. According to the material, the illite carrier effect is utilized to increase the adsorbing capturing performance of the compound material to the pollutant and the dispersity of the adsorbent; the obtained raw materials are easily acquired and are low in cost; the preparation technique is simple and the reaction condition is mild; the illite loaded nanocarbon compound adsorbing material has higher application value in the field of wastewater treatment.

Mass spectrometry imaging of glycans from tissue sections and improved analyte detection methods

The presently disclosed subject matter provides methods using mass spectrometry for direct profiling of N-linked glycans from a biological sample. In addition, the embodiments of the present invention also disclose novel methods, known as targeted analyte detection (TAD), for improving the detection limit of MALDI-MS. These methods take advantage of the carrier effect of the added standard analytes, which occurs due to the generic sigmoidal shape of the calibration curve. The functionality of TAD depends on the relative enhancement of sensitivity over the increase of the standard deviation at the analysis of target analytes with spiking in exogenous concentration. At certain ranges of exogenous concentration, the increment in the sensitivity overcomes the standard deviation, resulting in an improved LOD. Theoretically, exogenous concentrations approximately at 1 LODorig would generate the optimum LOD improvement. TAD is a cost-effective LOD improvement method, which is not limited to a certain group of analytes, or detection methods or instruments. It can be applied to enhance the detection of any analyte with different detection methods, provided that the analyte of interest can be extracted or is available in synthetic form.

The invention discloses a radiofrequency LDMOS (laterally diffused metal oxide semiconductor) device. A first silicon epitaxial layer, a second silicon epitaxial layer and a third silicon epitaxial layer are stacked in order on the bottom surface of a silicon substrate, forming a silicon epitaxial layer. A drift area and a trench area are both formed in the third silicon epitaxial layer. The second silicon epitaxial layer is formed at the bottoms of the drift area and the trench area. The doping density of the second silicon epitaxial layer is greater than that of the first and third silicon epitaxial layers. On resistance of the device and breakdown voltage of a drain junction are adjusted by adjusting the doping density of the third silicon epitaxial layer. The second silicon epitaxial layer is integrally provided with an inner RESURF structure (reduced surface field) structure, used for decreasing surface field of the drift area, thermal carrier effect and improving reliability of the radiofrequency LDMOS. The first silicon epitaxial layer helps maintain or increase the breakdown voltage of the drain junction. The device has the advantages that source-drain stray capacitance of the device can be improved, source-drain on resistance can be reduced, drive current can be increased and radiofrequency characteristic of the device can be improved.
