This noise filter (A) comprises: a cylindrical bobbin (11) in which flange parts (22) are formed at both ends in an axis (S) direction; a magnetic body (27) accommodated in the bobbin (11); and a coil (28) wound around the outer periphery of the bobbin (11). The bobbin (11) is made from a synthetic resin. Since the bobbin (11) is made from a synthetic resin having a high degree of freedom in molding, the thickness dimension of each flange part (22) in the axis (S) direction can be kept small. As a result, it is possible to achieve size reduction in the axis (S) direction.
