Flow rack

A wire flow rack system including a longitudinal wire, a roller wire, a roller and an optional cap. The roller wire is joined with and transverse to the longitudinal wire and includes an unsupported free end that projects beyond the longitudinal wire. The roller defines an axial bore, and is positioned on the free end so that the it is free to rotate about the roller wire. A end element, for example, a cap, can be joined with the free end to prevent the roller from disengaging the free end. The cap can be friction fit with the free end and easily, manually replaceable relative to the free end, without the use of tools.

Transport dolly for lifting and transporting lavatory fixtures

An article transport cart which is specially designed for lifting and transporting both toilets and urinals. The transport cart includes strategically located, adjustable lifting arms which can be used to engage and conveniently lift either a toilet or a urinal with a minimum of effort and without damaging the somewhat fragile fixture. Both the lifting arms and the tow plate of the cart can be adjusted relative to the cart frame so that they can be conveniently moved from an outwardly extending, operating configuration into a stowed position to enable the cart to be conveniently stored and transported. A locking mechanism is provided for locking the foldable toe plate in an operating position to stabilize the device when it is used to lift and transport wall-mounted urinals. The cart also includes a foldable toilet stabilizing means for restrainably engaging and stabilizing the toilet during lifting and transport.

Stackable rolling cooler bins with drawers

This invention is directed to a kit of coolers that offers a number of improvements over the prior art. The coolers are modified to specifically accommodate frozen gel ice packs instead of ice cubes. Because there is no spill water, the coolers open with front-facing pull-out drawers. The coolers stack atop one another with interlocking parts. Easy transport is provided by a handle and wheels, which may be attached to the bottom (main) bin or alternatively on a separate dolly. Internally, the cooler bins are compartmentalized horizontally or vertically with dividers. Hollow spaces within the walls and dividers of the bins accommodate frozen gel ice packs. Overall, the coolers are easier to pack and unpack, stack, load into a car, and transport on the ground than conventional ice chest coolers.

Garbage moving dolly and unloading system

A dolly system for moving and disposing of garbage includes a frame assembly, and a holder assembly coupled to the frame assembly. The frame assembly may include a pair of rails. The frame assembly can rest on a surface (for example, on wheels for the frame assembly.) The frame assembly can be declined (for example, tilted back wheels). The holder assembly includes a carriage and a holder coupled to the carriage. The holder can hold a garbage container. When the frame assembly is declined, the rails of the frame assembly may form a ramp for the holder assembly. The carriage of the holder assembly can slide up and down on the rails of the frame assembly. The holder is movable relative to the carriage (for example, by tipping the holder) to empty contents out of the garbage container when the carriage is in a raised position on the ramp.

Refuse container transporter and lift

A lift apparatus for conveying, lifting and at least partially inverting a refuse container for emptying into a dumpster or a refuse receptacle. The apparatus preferably has a base with wheels and a handle to facilitate transport. In one embodiment, the handle telescopes vertically and is hook shaped and adapted for engaging the lip of a dumpster or garbage chute. A pair of offset pivot arms is pivotally mounted to the frame and to a bin carriage, into which a refuse receptacle may be received. Application of a pivoting force to the pivot arms lifts and at least partially inverts the bin carriage for emptying the refuse container. Preferably a damper is provided on bin carriage movement as well as a locking mechanism to prevent bin carriage movement while being conveyed. The device may be operated manually, or adapted with mechanical power output devices to simplify lifting.

Collapsible cross-arm dolly

A collapsible cross-arm dolly for conveyance of weighted articles. The dolly consists of an upper arm (20) and a lower arm (24) of square metallic tubing, with each formed with a horizontal offset center portion (22) and (26) and with a pair of casters (30) that are attached at each end of both arm's lower surface. The horizontal offset center portion (22) is formed in opposite hand or mirror image of each other, thus permitting them to nest together and are both oppositely flattened to allow nesting on the same horizontal plane. A pivot junction (32) is mutually disposed between the arms, thereby permitting the dolly to form a pivotal right angle cross position (36), or alternatively, a pivotal parallel arm collapsed position (38). A gravity-actuated restraint (50) locks and disengages the connection of the upper arm to the lower arm, which permits changing orientation from the right angle cross position (36) to the parallel arm collapsed position (36). A second embodiment is basically identical except a manual push-button restraint (78) is utilized instead of being operated by a gravity actuated restraint.

E-frame and dolly system for stocking production lines

A component part container delivery rack used in manufacturing operations. An E-frame defining at least two compartments that are open on at least one side that extends between the front and back ends of the rack. The frame is supported on a plurality of wheels and is adapted to receive a dolly in the compartment. Each dolly is removably received in one of the compartments and locked in place when placed in the delivery rack. The locking element includes a pivoting lever that is rotated to lock and unlock the dolly within the compartment. The dolly is supported on roller guide elements that guide the dollies as they are moved into and out of the compartment. The dollies are raised above the floor so that the wheels of the dollies do not contact the floor as it is transported by the rack.
