perception,
moisture exposure, degree of
physical activity, mobility, friction and / or shear,
skin condition, medication, trauma, fluid and / or
food intake pattern, length of
hospital stay,
perfusion and / or medical condition, b) assessing a risk
score associated with the patient based on the risk parameters, c) selecting a predetermined product set based on the risk
score, wherein the predetermined product set is selected from at least a standard risk product set and a high risk product set, wherein the standard risk product set comprises a first preventive dressing, a second preventive dressing and a third preventive dressing; the first preventive dressing is a sacral dressing (200); the second and third preventive dressing are
heel dressings (300), and the high risk product set comprises the first, second and third preventive dressing, and at least one additional preventive dressing or preventive product. The present disclosure also relates to a product array comprising the standard risk product set and the high risk product set.
