The invention provides a method for fastening a polymeric label to a glass, plastic or metal container or surface by means of a water based composition containing at least 30% by dry weight of animal glue that is activated into an adhesive by the following steps: (a) applying a layer of a hydrophilic solid material based on at least 30% by weight on protein from animal renderings to a polymeric label to form a hydrophilic layer that acts as an adhesive layer when activated with an aqueous medium; (b) applying a low deposition of water, a water based adhesive, water containing a cross-linking agent or an adhesive containing a cross-linking agent to the activatable hydrophilic layer sufficient enough to activate it into an adhesive and form a fastenable polymeric label; (c) fastening the fastenable polymeric label to a glass, plastic or metal container or surface; and (d) allowing said the polymeric label to dry on the glass, plastic or metal container or surface. Special mention is made using polymeric substrates that are optically clear or substrates that are opaque, especially where the opacity is achieved by cavitation or voiding of the substrate to produce pores or voids on the adhesive side of the label while reducing the density of the label substrate.

The invention discloses a method for extracting tannin from banana stems and fruit axes, and the method comprises the following steps: (1) collecting materials, and shredding the materials; (2) kneading into threads; (3) squeezing, and collecting a stock solution; (4) concentrating; (5) preparing an animal glue solution for later use: adding animal glue into a saturated sodium chloride solution, and heating to dissolve the animal glue; (6) preparing an ethanol solution which is composed of 45-50 parts of 95wt% ethanol, 45-50 parts of softened water and 0.5-1 part of 60wt% hydrochloric acid; (7) stirring and clarifying; (8) filtering; (9) extracting tannin; and (10) drying at a low temperature to obtain the finished tannin product. The method provided by the invention has the advantages of low development cost and low labor intensity, and is convenient and practical. By utilizing the method disclosed by the invention, wastes are changed into valuable substances, resources are fully utilized, and new raw material resources are provided for the chemical industry in China; the required equipment is simple, and can be easily mastered by common working personnel in enterprises; no chemical assistant which is harmful to the environment is needed in the extraction process; and the method disclosed by the invention breaks through the traditional plant tannin extraction process, and performs an active function for protecting the ecology.

The method comprises the following steps of: 1) performing zero calibration for a microwave moisture detection instrument to zero, namely, performing zero calibration in dry air and water; 2) calibrating the moisture value coefficient through the microwave moisture defection instrument, namely, collecting tpAve values of a plurality of samples, detecting the moisture values of the samples by drying method, and enabling the tpAve values of the samples to be associated with the moisture value; and 3) testing the tpAve value of the a sample to be detected through the microwave moisture detection instrument on line, so as to obtain the moisture value of the sample to be detected on line. According to the online quick detection method, the microwave moisture detection instrument is utilized to quickly detect the moisture on line during producing the traditional Chinese medicines of animal glues; and the tpAve values of the traditional Chinese medicine materials of semi-fluid glues which are of high temperature, high viscosity and deep color are detected based on the microwave theory and then are associated with the moisture value detected by the drying method and calibrated. The online quick detection method of moisture in the traditional Chinese medicine materials of semi-fluid glues is convenient, fast in speed and accurate.

The multifunctional phosphating solution provided by the invention is composed of the liquid A and the liquid B, can realize removal of oil and rust at the same time and has the efficacy of rust protection, heat insulation, high temperature resistance, heat preservation, flame retardation, noise abatement, shock prevention, isolation, pollution cleaning and resistance to fire. The multifunctional phosphating solution has the following beneficial effects: a fast rust removal speed, great thickness of a formed film, long antirust time, etc.
