The invention relates to an intelligent generation method,
system and device for a passive design scheme of a
green building and a medium. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, collecting site limitation data and climate data, inputting the data into a thermal performance
simulation model, and outputting building heat loss and
solar heat gain distribution; based on the result, a
genetic algorithm is used for optimizing parameters such as the building orientation and the window-wall ratio, and a
building design parameter combination is formed through
energy consumption calculation, standard judgment and iterative optimization. Then, thermal and
economic parameters are extracted from the design parameters to construct a
data set, the parameters are screened to generate a building
layout optimization instruction, and the
layout is adjusted in combination with a dynamic
adaptation standard to obtain an optimization scheme. And finally, associating the optimized
layout with site parameters, performing energy model optimization to form a low-carbon scheme, and
coupling environment adaptability data to generate a
sustainable development scheme. By means of the method, the problems that traditional design parameter optimization is low in efficiency and multiple targets are difficult to balance can be solved, layout reasonability and
energy consumption control precision are improved, and low carbon of the whole life cycle of the building is assisted.
