The method includes: generating ecological source areas of the study area based on a "baseline layer-optimization layer" two-layer source area identification framework; synergistically coupling these source areas with pre-defined "basin-county-urban-rural gradient" multi-scale analysis units to obtain a "basin-county-urban-rural gradient" multi-scale collaboratively coupled ecological source area protection map of the study area; determining the "basin-county-urban-rural gradient" multi-scale ecological congestion units and connectivity enhancement units of the study area; and constructing the "two-layer, dynamic verification, and multi-scale collaborative" ecological security pattern of the study area based on the generated ecological source area protection map and the determined ecological congestion units and connectivity enhancement units. This invention can be widely applied in the field of spatial ecological protection and restoration planning technology.
