In some embodiments, the system comprises: a plurality of vehicle-mounted sensors; a cloud server comprising a vehicle fleet management system, an information hub and a geographic information system platform; and at least one terminal. In some embodiments, the provided system and method support intelligent traffic / mobility and improve overall road traffic safety, further promoting the development of smart cities.
