coal conveying equipment, the material level information of a coal
bunker, and the coal blocking state information in real time; a
water supply system state sensing network is constructed, and the pump operation state, the
water level, the flow and security signals are collected in real time; a
dynamic coupling model of a coal conveying system and a
water supply system is established, linkage control is executed under specific working conditions based on the
dynamic coupling model, and the linkage control comprises the steps that when the coal
bunker material level reaches a high threshold value and the coal conveying system needs load reduction operation, a load reduction instruction is sent to the water supply system, and the operation frequency of a pump
machine is adjusted to a high-efficiency interval; when the water supply system detects abnormal flow, a speed regulation instruction is sent to the coal conveying system, and the speed of the
belt conveyor is adjusted to meet the water supply requirement. According to the invention, through combination of the state sensing network and the
dynamic coupling model, intelligent dynamic adjustment of the operation parameters of the coal conveying and water supply system is realized, and the accuracy and reliability of system management and control are improved.
