capacitor form a composite power supply through a direct-current converter, the composite power supply drives a
permanent magnet synchronous motor through a rectification
inverter and drives an electric proportional pump motor to control a
hydraulic cylinder, and by optimizing an energy regulation and control distribution strategy of the composite power supply and combining an energy accumulator, the energy of the
hydraulic cylinder is regulated and controlled under the working conditions of starting, braking and high-
power fluctuation of
engineering machinery. Instantaneous
high peak power is preferentially provided or absorbed by the super capacitor, and energy is supplied by the storage battery in a stable working condition. The advantages of
high energy density of the battery and
high power density of the super capacitor are combined, complex working conditions are effectively handled, stable operation of the
system is guaranteed, the service life of the battery is remarkably prolonged, and economical efficiency is improved.
