In the actual welding process, by activating each heat source system and wire feeding mechanism, welding parameters are initialized. The coaxial infrared thermometer and vision sensor continuously monitor the state of the molten pool and curvature changes. The central controller automatically adjusts the power of each laser and arc parameters based on real-time temperature data.
