This invention discloses a composite weakening method for hard rock strata in deep
coal seam mining, belonging to the field of deep
coal seam mining technology. The method includes: first, before mining the working face,
microwave radiation is directed onto the
coal-rock interface as a preliminary rock
mass modification step in the entire weakening
system; then, through blasting unloading and stress fracturing steps, the fractures in adjacent blasting zones are connected to form a preliminary blocky collapse structure; finally,
ultrasonic excitation is used to supplement, strengthen, and improve the effects of the preceding stages, forming a closed-loop hard rock strata weakening
system. This invention achieves precise roof
structure modification and energy-level control through the spatiotemporal
synergy and technical
coupling of four stages:
microwave plasticization, blasting unloading,
hydraulic fracturing, and acoustic modulation. This method avoids mine tremors induced by large-area overhanging roof fractures, shortens the periodic pressure step of the roof, reduces the rockburst
energy index, and ensures the safety of deep coal seam mining.
