The invention relates to the technical field of

basalt fiber composite structure ship plate and forming equipment thereof, the
basalt fiber composite structure ship plate comprises a surface
protection layer, a middle functional layer, a core supporting layer and a bottom joining layer which are arranged from top to bottom, and the thickness ratios of all the
layers are 15%, 30%, 40% and 15% in sequence; and the middle functional layer comprises a flexible heating layer which is electrified to heat. The outer side of the ship plate can be effectively prevented from being frozen when the ship sails in a severe
cold area, so that the problems of ship weight increase,
gravity center shift, stability reduction, sailing resistance increase, fuel consumption increase, ship structure damage, key equipment damage and the like caused by freezing are prevented, sailing risks are remarkably reduced, and the sailing efficiency is improved.
