Integrated detection method and system for preventing icing and melting ice of power transmission line

The invention discloses an integrated detection method and system for icing prevention and ice melting of a power transmission line, and relates to the technical field of safety protection of the power transmission line, and the detection method comprises the steps: collecting multi-dimensional data of the power transmission line, the multi-dimensional data comprising icing thickness, icing density, line tension and environmental parameters; integrating the multi-dimensional data by adopting a weighted average fusion strategy to obtain a fusion feature vector; inputting the fusion feature vector into an optimized random forest algorithm, and outputting an icing grade and an icing type; ice melting is executed in a self-adaptive mode according to the ice coating grade and the ice coating type, and the ice melting power and duration are dynamically adjusted according to ice melting parameters based on a thickness-density-power mapping relation library; in the ice melting process, ice coating thickness changes are monitored in real time, and when the ice coating thickness is reduced to be below a safety threshold value, ice melting is stopped. According to the invention, full-process automation from icing monitoring to ice melting execution can be realized, and the method is suitable for icing-preventing and ice-melting operation of the high-voltage / ultrahigh-voltage power transmission line under complex meteorological conditions.

Digital-analog dual-drive icing thickness prediction model

The invention provides a strategy for predicting icing thickness through a digital-analog double-drive model, belongs to the field of power systems, and aims to overcome the defect of insufficient research on prediction of icing thickness of a power transmission line in the prior art. The method comprises the following steps: reading operation data of a power transmission line and meteorological data of an icing area, and preprocessing the data; establishing a digital-analog dual-drive prediction model which takes the Makkonen model as a physical model and takes the CNN-LSTM neural network as a data drive model; and performing a comparative experiment on the digital-analog dual-drive prediction model, the pure CNN-LSTM neural network and the pure Makkonen model under the same data set and evaluation index to verify the prediction precision of the digital-analog dual-drive prediction model. According to the method, the Makkonen model and the CNN-LSTM neural network are organically fused, and collaborative optimization of mechanism constraint and data driving is realized. The accuracy and robustness of icing thickness prediction are improved, the physical interpretability and engineering practicability of the model are enhanced, and efficient and credible technical support is provided for accurate early warning and active defense of power grid icing disasters.
