agriculture and smart home technology, specifically a modular and combinable smart home vertical planting
system, method, and dedicated substrate. The
system includes balcony, terrace, wall-mounted, and ceiling-mounted versions, all with a basic 3cm module. The outer casing is made of 304 stainless steel and wood-plastic composite, while the inner casing is replaceable and features a 10cm
water storage layer at the bottom, supplied via
capillary water supply through
absorbent cotton strips. The inner casing has an embedded RFID tag, supporting finished inner casing delivery and recycling services. The
system integrates multi-sensor collaborative
intelligent control, including
ultraviolet supplemental lighting, ultrasonic +
plant essential oil insect repellent, automatic
irrigation,
temperature control, and
ambient lighting. The dedicated cultivation substrate consists of coconut
coir, bamboo
powder,
perlite,
organic fertilizer, and probiotics; the atomized liquid contains 1%-5%
plant essential oil. This invention achieves zero-knowledge threshold, zero chemical pesticides, water and
electricity saving, and recyclable home planting, suitable for commercial scenarios such as businesses, hotels, and restaurants.
