laser knife and a splitting device, and the
processing steps of the
laser knife comprise: S1, using the
laser knife to modify the surface of the to-be-processed area of the ultra-
thin glass, and forming a modified layer, the modified layer being used to make the processed surface of the ultra-
thin glass form a predetermined tensile degree and density; and S2, a splitting device is adopted, the splitting device comprises a
liquid nitrogen spraying module and an
infrared laser local heating module, S21, the
liquid nitrogen spraying module cools the lower wall of the to-be-machined area to a first preset temperature, and S22, the
infrared laser local heating module heats the upper wall of the to-be-machined area to a second preset temperature, so that a preset sheet-shaped product is formed. Firstly, the surface of a to-be-machined area is modified through a laser cutter; namely, the modification layer can form a constraint
protection layer on the upper surface and the lower surface of the ultra-thin glass, so that non-directional splinters are reduced, and modification of the ultra-thin glass caused by single high temperature can be avoided.
